I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER IN NAPTOL.COM FOR 5 IN 1 AIR SOFA BED AND ALSO GOT DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT BUT THAT WAS NOT OF GOOD QUALITY AND HAS LEAKAGE FROM DAY ONE, REGARDING THIS I AM COMPLAINING FROM LAST 25 DAYS BUT ALL IN VAIN, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING AND ALWAYS SAYING THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BUT I HAVE NOT GOT A SINGLE CALL FROM THERE SIDE, I AM VERY TENSED AND WORRIED BECAUSE MY RS.4OOO/- HAS WASTED PLUS CALL CHARGES ON DAILY BASIS, PLEASE HELP ME TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM.

Naaptol.com — Yet not received replaced Spy Pen - 4GB

I had purchased a 4 GB spy pen from Naaptol.com. My order number was 43470. The Pen drive was faulty means not working properly so i had sent back to Naaptol.com and i got back within 15 days. But the second one also faulty and sent back to Naaptol.com on 4th Jan 2010 and then i could not received back yet. I called 10 to 15 times to Naaptol customer care but they use to say "U will get back next week next week only". Now i m tired with this and i have spent lots of STD calls. kindly guide me how can i sue case on the company?
we buy your product spy pen camera product code 83409 costing Rs.1999 on 28/10/2009, when we got the delivery there was a fault and we returned back to naptol on 19 december 2010 and we again we got back the damaged product on 19 feburary 2010 and after that when we phoned you guys there is no response from your side .it seems to me that i have made a big mistake by buying this product from your company and my money is wasted .who is going to pay for my loss, will the company pay for my loss.and now i have decided that i will send back the product and i wanted the full refund of my money. i advice you guys to treat your customers nicely .

Naaptol.com — Mobile as ordered recieved with no battery

Hi,
Ordered Smart Phone 8502, from naaptol.com. Product received with no battery inside. When contacted the customer support team they told the battery will be shipped in 7-10 working days. But till date i have not received any battery replacement and the customer care when contacted always say that it will be sent you soon. Question is how the company can sell products to user without checking the product and inventories. Who is responsible for the inconvenience happening to customers.
I had ordered for Spy cam pen almost 15 day ago . The courier Aromax telephoned me. He did not wait for my arrival. He went away. After repeated telephone call he came with small pocket and asking to pay 1749 rupees. I had asked to open and given demo as the piece may be defective as I am seeing the comments. He gone away with the product. I feel that the company local personal should come with the packet and should open and given demo that will be fine

i purchased the spy pen from naptol.com. the courier comes just tomorrow. but there are foulty picece. the camera are miss allign. the blue light of detection cant turn on & the switch cant turn of. there are many faults. i just not use it. n found too much fault in it.it is vary careless from u sir. my order code No:-207595
n the quality of product is also lower class. the glading are not proper the user manual is also just like a copied page. n the box are also brake when i recieve.
it is too much. i want replacement.with the good one. & wht about the courier charges its not my fault its your fault.u must care of custemer. the satisfaction is important.

This is regarding order # 204121 for hamper 673, placed on 7th March 2010.

The payment for the product was made from my credit card via IVR and as per the scheme the stylish watch should also be delivered to me along with the product. I have received my order and the watch is not present in the pack.

From last 7 days, I have been chasing the customer care. But no response. Each time I am asked to call Sales office and Sales Office asks me to call back customer care. Don't know when will this game ends.

I donot know what to do now...

MY MOBALIE IS NOT STARTS SO PIZ TELL ME

I have experienced my life's worst ever service from Naaptol. I had booked Qwerty key pad mobile on 26th January 2010 & was happy it would be received at the earliest as expected. But it got delayed to 15 days after continuous follow up. After receiving the product i saw that Charger was not working, headphone was missing & even the vodafone mob which was suppose to be received with it was missing. Also after started using i found the cap of mob was not able to fix after removing. So i returned back to them & also got confirmation that i would be receiving with replacement all the products which is pending My Order No. is 156555. Pls help me in getting the product..

though the company is froud.someone has to go for consumer court to lounch the complaint.this company is also giving ad.in leading news paper htey have to stop the advertising.
i was also thinking to buy a mobile.but now i have changed my mood after reading all complaints

I have complaint almost 3 times in naaptol.com
they told me every time they will replace with in 7 to 10 days.
my first complaint is on 2 April 2010.

I have also give warnning if you will not action on my complaint i will complain on consumer forum.

I have purchased mobile phone from this company Boss e Phone 3300 on 31 march 2010 & get dilivery on 1 april 2010 in which Ear phone is damage.
