I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER IN NAPTOL.COM FOR 5 IN 1 AIR SOFA BED AND ALSO GOT DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT BUT THAT WAS NOT OF GOOD QUALITY AND HAS LEAKAGE FROM DAY ONE, REGARDING THIS I AM COMPLAINING FROM LAST 25 DAYS BUT ALL IN VAIN, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING AND ALWAYS SAYING THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BUT I HAVE NOT GOT A SINGLE CALL FROM THERE SIDE, I AM VERY TENSED AND WORRIED BECAUSE MY RS.4OOO/- HAS WASTED PLUS CALL CHARGES ON DAILY BASIS, PLEASE HELP ME TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM.

Naaptol.com — cash paid but not send

I paid for a nokia x2 mobile on naaptol.com. on[protected]. product id is 2664903. I paid through internet banking. A confirmation mail get me from naaptol and they said product will shipped to me soon. But I not got the product yet. I contact to naaptol, they said they will refund my money inspite of the product, But no action been taken by them yet.
Naptol's service is the worst i have seen. I ordered a 8GB Pen drive 2 months ago, and it never reached me because of their useless courier company 'Aramex'.
Somehow fought for 3 weeks by writing to all the peoples in their sales department and got my money back.

My sincere advice to you people is better try online retailers like Flipkart, Letsbuy or Snapdeal. Even Ebay is giving a fantastic customer support.

Naaptol.com — Sold an unusable piece

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a blackberry 8830 cdma handset from Naaptol.com [Order no.2887680] and I happen to receive it today by noon. However when I inserted the reliance cdma sim card the phone did not start. The customer support then asked me follow a procedure that would activate the phone. I happen to follow the same procedure but the phone did not start. Then your customer support asked me to visit reliance gallery for assistance which I again did. The reliance gallery guys informed me that the blackberry phone is a damaged piece. So I again called your customer support in order to resolve my issue.
There was a guy named Darshan Deshmukh (Customer support) adamantly informed me that I need to return the handset and after they receive my piece ,they will check it for damage and thereafter they will refund my amount within 21 working days in the form of cheque payment. I insisted that I do not need the money I need the handset so if you can exchange it for another blackberry 8830 cdma piece that would help but the guy adamantly refused. I asked him to connect me to his senior for which he completely refused. He was not ready to listen to any of my thing and disconnected the phone in the mid of my communication.
I need an immediate reply from your side for this behavior as well as I need another piece which is working. I do not want a cheque payment however if you insist to pay me back then I need a cash payment the way I paid you.

Naaptol.com — No Product delivered despite Payment made

I had placed Order for from naaptol.com for handset. The payment was made through netbanking, its all now 7 days and the product still not recieved. Further , frustated I cancelled the Order... and Still the Order status shown in their portal is <ul > "This order is being processed! Order payment is received, order will be dispatched soon." </ul>.

Still Chasing them for my refunds.

My ADVICE: Do not buy and thing from them, AS you can see already lots of Complaints already Lodged.

after 2 days mobile got switched off inspite of charging it does get on
when called customer care none of the executives attends the call

I am KIRAN JAISWAL. I got a VOX 507 + Full Touch Screen Multimedia Mobile + bluetooth on order No.3678307 and got delivered through bluedart courier on payment of Rs.3298.0. The device is defected, its display is not working properly and even can’t hear voice while talking . after receiving product when I checked I gave complaint to customer care on [protected] and I have already sent mails in this reg. to '[protected]@naaptol.com' on 3rd april 2012.

From 27/03/2012 I keep calling customer care I contacted Naaptol complaints number [protected] and got the reply that I would receive a call from nearby company 48 working hours.

Today 06/04/2012 I contacted the Naaptol complaints again and could get the same reply but with a slight modification that the courier would collect the device back and after that they would try to send a new one after 48 working hours. During the telephone talk, they disconnected abruptly and. I feel cheated. Please help me to recover my loss.

THE NAAPTOL COMPANY IS A VERY FRAUD, CHEATER, VULAGR COMPANY . THEY ARE THIEVES EATING PUBLIC MONEY.THEY ARE TOO BAD AS IT CANNOT BE EXPRESSED IN WORDS.THEY ARE DOING CHEATING WITH THE INNOCENT CUSTOMERS. Naaptol.com — Fraud done with me by VOX Mobile

I have purchased one VOX mobile from NAAPTOL website few months back, where as the product was not working, when i had complaint by email there was a call that we will exchange with new one. But after that there was no email nor any phone, as on date there was no respond. I think the both the brand are FAKE.
They did the same FAKE trick with me as well.. please spread the word about NAAPTOL that they are BIG CHEATER, FRAUD so that no one can buy anything...
