[Resolved]  Naaptol.com — Cell phone found defective , returned back, either got back replacement for the refund

I lodged complaint with Naptol.com, ( Case ID 7194) I haven't got replacement nor any definite answer despite my repeated e-mail / phone call reminders since 7th Oct 2009, Now I felt cheated and harassed by the Naptol.com.

very bogas company with low standards products
BIG FRAUD COMAPNY.SENIORS SIT IN THEIR CABIN WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY.JUST DOING FRAUD.
I RECEIVED HIS MOBILE PHONE . BUT MOBILE WAS DIFFFECTED. SCREEN TOUCH IS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION. MOBILE SWITCH ON AND SWITCH OFF IS NOT WORKING WELL. MWYORDER NO IS :->27052.

SO PLEASE KINDELY SEND OTHER NEW A GOOD MOBILE. ON MY ADDRESS. MY MOBOLE IS IN WARRENTY PERIOD.

Dear Sir,

I have bought a Boss mobile phone with Naptol.com and i got a faulty
set with no inbuilt memory and 2nd day of recieving it i have send it back to trader and informed naptol as i recieved that order in Goa but as was there for a few days and i left for home delhi, i called up Naptol regarding my change of Address od delhi and not even one time but more than 20 times that please snd my product to my delhi address and everyone in Naptol customer care told me that yes sir we have updated your address
and u will recieve it on your Delhi address and atlast when i called customer care yesterday one of the guy gave me the Airway bill number of Blue Dart Courier that it has been sent through this, and when i contacted Blue Dart they said that your product has been sent to Goa address, it was so harrasing, and Blue Dart told me that if Naptol will send us mail of change of address of delhi we will deliver it to u there, but i have called Naptol 5-6 times since yesterday to mail Blue Dart but till now they have not sent any mail to them and my product is lying in Blue Dart Goa branch, i am so surprised that they r even not bothered to simply just mail my address to Blue Dart so that i can get it at my Home in delhi.
i request you to please look into it seriously and please do needful for me, as i will be very grateful to yo.

Dear Sir,
I Booked my order for K28 touchscreen Multimidia Mobile after receiving confirmation from on of Naaptol Executive that this Mobile don't have any China Technology after Five days i reconfirm towards said matter than one of their executive told me that K28 Mobile totaly have China Technologies so now how may i trust on them and sugges me how may i canceled my Entire order???? because i don't want this handset from them...

Kindly sugges me as soon as possible..

i have received the mobile phone BOSS, but moblie was diffected the problem was battery backup and mobile switch ON and switch OFF is not working well my order No is:-141840, and imhave speak with your executive and the return the diffective pices they give the complaint no:-50571and send the courier no:-V02654157 DTDCplus after 15day i call to your executive i have send the courier have you received the told me the courier is miss placed and the told plz provide the courier details we get back to you.kindly look in to this and resloved earliest.
