[Resolved]  Nandini Milk — Poor Quality & Extra Price

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

I have complaints about Nandini milk, more price for 1/2 liter or liter mild pack (1 Re extra for 1/2 and 2 Rs for 1ltr). In addition, I recently found out how even KMF (Nandini) is cheating people. After the price hike in March, I found the quality of milk to hv become poor (Watery). After few days, when I went to Nandini parlour to get milk, I asked if they had any different variety. The lady there told me that yes, they had two blue packets for regular milk for same price, one which is good and gives thick milk for coffee and curds (marked Homogenized milk in Red on the pack) and the other not so good ordinary pack. I was shocked. How they are cheating people. Only because I asked, i got to know. But now, they have stopped that homogenized pack also. What is happening? Is thr no one to check and question them??

I am not really sure whether one of them is a fake one but the regular pack we get in all the stores is definitely not of the same quality it used to be before. I have tested using both and found the difference. The regular one is half filled with water itself. Nandini milk quality has really gone down but we are still paying high price. Somebody has to look into this matter.

Nandini Milk — Quality of Milk

The Nandhini Milk is supplied around the area of Mallathahalli. The quality of Milk obtained here is very Bad, First its not tasty and doesn't taste like Milk. The Milk spoils very quickly. If the milk is fermented for curd. then the curd quality is bad and there is thick layer formation which doesnt taste like curd. I request you to inspect the quality of milk sold in these areas, especially in interior areas of mallathahalli and also in bakeries. Because , These bakeries have large stock of milk and the quality is worse with them .
Dear Shantinew,

Even I too have been facing the same problem, Nandini milk is no longer the way it used to be before its completely watery, as when i drink milk there is no flavor of milk, its as if I am drinking powder milk with lots of water in it. The other day I made Badam milk at home and it tasted like flavored water.

I live n Rajarajeshwari Nagar and I have tried getting milk from various other Nandini parlor or booths available in our locality and all are turning out to be the same. Because of which I have turned to other milk source (MILK ROUTE) Its pricey costing Rs.20/- but trust me it gives you actual milk. But I pity those people who don't have the means to buy such costly milk.

I am pretty sure that Nandini is trying to cut its cost by producing such low quality milk. Hope more people to post more complaints here so that some action would be take.
