its been more thn 15days book d gas, thr is supply of gas yet wt king to supply u pple give o public,

The delivery guy has delayed my delivery by more than 8 days since I did not pay him commission he told me openly. He says why don;t you switch to HP or someone else when you are not paying commission.
Very good service by Indane and am giving them one golden retainer award for retaining all the filthy employees in their company.
Nataraj gas agency keep up the most useless filthy work being done and having useless fellows like manju for work. Is he getting under your pants.

Natraj has the worst service for Gas Cylinders.
First of all booking is a pain, thanks to the automated mobile number which somehow a better option.
Apart from that, delivery of cylinder takes minimum of 15-20 days and there is no way you can follow up for the same. I tried on the landline number which only rings and no body picks up the call. I once went to their office just to check on the phone status and called the number from outside their office, phone was ringing and people sitting were just not responding to it. I went and complaint to the senior persin their and on my face he lied and said that we did not receive any call.
Finally, the delivery boys. They take 20-30 Rs for delivering the cylinder and if you complain about anyone then your delivery if cylinder gets further delayed by a month at least. This time (on 11th Aug) he took 500 rupee note from my mother and left without giving change. My mother kept calling him and he did not stop. So we lost close to 80 Rs their.
I dont understand how are people managing with them as I have decided to opt for other agency.
Are their any authorities where we can complain, at least other consumers will benefit from this.

We have stayed in many places in Bangalore but this is one agency where even after 1 month of booking, even when we know that cylinder has been released before one week cylinder will not reach our home!!!
