I am very unhappy with dealer – National Autowheels, Pune from where I took the delivery of the vehicle. Before taking the delivery, I submitted the documents and a date of delivery were confirmed after 15 days. Couple of times, I told them to let me know well in advance if they need any more documents. They said all documents are okay. But to my surprise, just two days before the delivery, they asked me couple of replacement documents which I had to collect from Tehsildar and was a painful experience due to very short time. Then there was a problem with the AC system after delivery. They took the vehicle and said the problem was rectified but the problem was still there when the vehicle was given back to me and they took the vehicle again. There was another problem about fuel indicator. They are saying it is corrected but the indicator is still showing the wrong meter. However, I have not informed them so far. When the vehicle was sent for first servicing they did not clean the vehicle properly. There was also some oil lying on the seat cover. Unfortunately I forgot to remove my pen drive from the audio system which was missing when the vehicle was returned. I had to chase them for the same but nobody from their side called me up to let me know the status. The answer which I got from their shop floor was “there are 150 people, how can we find out who took the pen drive?” and about the cleaning of the vehicle, they said send the vehicle back and they will clean it!!!!
