National Health Organisation — False Unethical Marketing Practices

My name is VijayaDurga I. My membership ID is [protected]. My contact number is [protected] / [protected]. I had booked the health cards for four persons for two years in November 2012 when your marketing executive from Noida (apparently a Punjabi) had promised me that I will be given test vouchers for Cervical Cancer and Breast Cancer along with the regular health checkup and dental vouchers if opted for two years for four persons. Lured by his words I had subscribed for the same. But I did not receive the vouchers for above said Cancer checkups. I had called up the Customer care centre and spoke to Mr. Noel regarding the same and he apologised for the inconvenience caused to me and told that he will sort out the issue, After that he had only called me back and made me speak to one of his female Senior Team Leader on floor. She had assured me that by 05 December 2012 the issue of special two in no Cancer checkup vouchers will be sorted out and she deeply regrets the inconvenience caused to me. She told that she will get back to me latest by 05 December 2012. But till now there is no response from your side. When I had called up to your Customer care center on [protected] it kept me on hold for a long period of time and after that there was no satisfactory reply from your side. When I had lodged a complaint through web today one of your executive Ms. Padma had called me up and told me that she will call me back after one minute as she needs to check the conversations but there was no initiation from her side even after 2 hours. Ultimately when I had called up now at 1430 I was given a reply that she had left for the day and I will be provided with a solution on Tuesday that is 15 Jan 2013. But again the same thing had happened no body had called me. Ultimately I had to call the customer care on my own. This time I had been transferred to one Mr. Amit Prabhakar who claimed himself as the Senior Manager and assured me that what all happened is a mistake and because of miscommunication this thing took place. He had given me his phone number [protected]. He told me to call back again the next day by the time they will find a solution. But when I called him he told that he is unable to find out a hospital in Vizag which deals with cancer treatment then I had told him that any hospital in Hyderabad / Secunderabad will do. But he is unable to provide me that also. But he told me that instead of free cervical and breast cancer checkup vouchers as promised to me at the time of registration they can provide them under some discount. But I am not in a position to afford for that discounted vouchers as they were supposed to provide me them free of cost as was promised to me at the time of registration. Then I had requested them to refund me the whole amount which I had paid without any cuttings and charges since they were unable to provide facilities as was promised by them at the time of registration and I will return all the vouchers. But he told that money can be refunded after cutting administration charges. Then I had asked him that since this is a mistake from your side only and you were unable to provide services as was promised by them at the time of registration they are not supposed to cut any charges and refund me the whole money. This process of conversation between myself and National Health Organisation is going on since November 2012 till now but there was no solution from their side and I am feeling mentally harassed and financially lost. Everytime I will only have to make calls to them and waste my money and time but there is no response at all from their side. I had contacted them 35 (Thirty Five) times since November 2012 till today and had interacted with Mr. Noel, Ms. Keerti/Preeti, Ms. Padma, Ms. Cynthia, Mr. Amit Prabhakar but there is no response or solution to my query. In this regard, I request you to kindly take necessary action so that the representatives of National Health Organisation to provide me two free vouchers for two years (twice) each for Cervical cancer and Breast cancer at the earliest or refund me my full money I had paid at the time of registration alongwith applicable interest since I had not utilised any of their services till now because of thier negligence and unethical business marketing practices.

they are worst and pathetic health service providers in india i urge the citizens of india to never fall prey to this unethical corporate house
