[Resolved]  National Insurance Co. Ltd. — Non payment of moving damages

Dear sir/madam,

I have been waiting for damage claim for more than 9 months now, submitted all the papers twice.. been to their karampura (Deldi) office personally and still no resolution.
Clerk at the karampura office ( Mr. A.K. Sharma) is the worst human being I have ever met. Everytime I call he will say that check is ready when I go there to collect, all I see is his laughing face and some lame excuse.. fund not available, fire broke etc etc etc... Now he does not pick up my phone from last 2 months.
We live in bangalore and already spent about 2000 Rs. calling this guy.
This kind of service is totaly unacceptable from national insurance company.

claim amount : Rs 28650/--
