[Resolved]  Nationwide Bank Plc Uk — transfer money /refund money

I have the honour to appeal complaint against the following parties:

1. Mr. Ben John Administrator, Prize promotion of shell petroleum development company, England

2. Mr. James john, The Remittance Director, Nationwide Bank PLC .UK

I have honour to submit all documents and following few points for consideration and favorable action please

1. I have informed by the remittance director of Nationwide bank PLC UK Mr.James john and Administrator Mr.Ben Prize promotion of shell petroleum development company, England to
transfer charge deduction from winner /deposited amount in my account but both are demanding
2000 GBP.

2.Again I request to the remittance director of Nationwide bank PLC UK Mr.James john either
50% or 75% fund release my account immediately, after I will be deposited to Nationwide
bank PLC UK 2000 GBP. Mr James john was refused my obligation .

3. Once again I appeal to the remittance director of Nationwide bank PLC UK Mr.James john my account already deposited amount 200, 00.00 GBP to Nationwide bank PLC UK
that amount transfer to local bank ie State bank of India UK because to avoid
international transaction charges .Meantime Mr. James john was refused my obligation .

4.Finally, I request to Mr. James john my account already deposited amount 200, 00.00 GBP to Nationwide bank PLC UK that amount short tenure account to extension 3 more month. But till date I have not received any reply from . Mr. James john The Remittance Director Nationwide Bank PLC .UK
I have doubt with Mr. Ben John Administrator, Prize promotion of shell petroleum development company, England & Mr. James john The Remittance Director Nationwide Bank PLC .UK may be cheating to me. So I want justice & money release through consumers forum from Nationwide bank PLC UK to SBI .UK.
Once again I am ready to pay transfer money charges and legal proceeding charges through consumers forum by cash or deduction from release amount .
Please do needful. Reply at earliest .

nationwide bank PLC UK — asking money for releasing gift money

thay have send me first massege so u won the mobile draw in my company 300000 gbp, they have given me a/c no there your is deposited, after that they have phone to me for releasing your money customs people are asking 18,000/- after that only they will released the money. they heve call me from cell no [protected] that guy name was chris jhonson ,
I AM IN kENYA AND HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM SPRINT NEXTEL TELECOMS THAT MY MOBILE WAS AWARDED 1MILLION GBP.THEY ALSO TOLD ME TO SEND A LETTER TO THE NATIONWIDE BANK DIRECTOR FOR MY FUND RELEASE.I SENT THE LETTER TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS([protected]@mynatuk.com) i was told the money is in temporary account in your bank.is this true mr director.answer me this is my email([protected]@yahoo.com.plz iwant an urgent answer
I also take an sms from number[protected] at the date of 7 dec2010 informed me that i win 1000000 GBP, and refered me to the nationwide bank plc uk to cliam about my lottary win for my cellphone, claim that is hyundai lottary for charity issue,
please let i know if this is true or spam, they also send me a certificate to show my name at that similar to one you put on your site, kindly inform me about status of this true to spam, by email, [protected]@yahoo.com
