[Resolved]  Navpad Impex To Sozin Flora Pharma — Air Parcel not delivered

We had send a Parcel of Harmless Medicine named Beta Carotene 20% via Trackon Couriers thru' Air to our customer in Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh on 16th July, 2010. Docket no.[protected].
The complaint is that it hasn't reached yet as of today, neither we are getting any reply from the courier about its status.

Please suggest a remedy and take this matter seriously. Our customer is unhappy with us and its hurting our goodwill.
