Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that your Deptt wrongly sent ebill for the amount of Rs 19560 /- Which is PrePaid connection and K No is [protected].Because this e bill I suffer ill.What intelligent people in NDPL.Pl send reply... And also freedom make noice even sufficent money., no responde for complaint...
I have received bill amounting to Rs. 6270 for the month FEB-2010 which includes the arrear of Rs. 4285, where as no arrear is due towards me . I have pay all previous bills in time. Kindly clarify regarding this arrear so that I can pay the required amount towards my mere no. KWh 41187900 at the address 136, F.F Sainik Vihar, Pitam pura, delhi. My K.No is [protected]W

i recieved my last bill only Rs. 200/- and i paid that.

in the middle of the month january my meter had some mistak so you have changed that.

firsltly you sent me bill amount Rs.50/-

And now you sent me massage bill amount Rs.1270/-

what is going on in your organisation. I am not satisfy with your billing service.

please solved my quries about that bill as soon as possible.

I am a consumer with K no.[protected]. Today surprisingly your NDPL people disconnect my Electricity without any prior information or notice.

I deposited the payment for my last bill but your person today after disconnecting inform me that the cheque has not signed so thats

the reason it has disconnected. Now the person who came for disconnection also not picking the phone (No. [protected]) and your Shalimar Bagh NDPL office also surprise by cheking the bill and the K no also not in the list of disconnection.



So kindly let me know is it the way without any information and notice how you people disconnected. I am also going to consumer court for the harassment and loss of reputation for this kind of activities.
