[Resolved]  NDPL / Electricity Bill — Commercial Charges against Residential use

i am from a middle class family. i have only 2 room residencial space which bearing 1 ceiling fan, 2 cfl's and 1 fridge at one time. it contain not a load of 1.00kw, but the department said that i increase the load by 2.00kw. i don't know how it is possible????????????
my average billing amount was Rs.300/-to 400/- but at this time bill for the month of aug2009 my billing amount is of Rs.810/- how can i pay this bill.
kindly do the attention in it and oblige me!
