Neeta Volvo — Unprofessional and bad service

Hi Friends, Most horrifying experience in bus..Neeta topped all... I took 1 tkt for Pune 2 Mumbai...timing was 3.20PM. i was waiting...At 4 pm they told me bus is not coming at AALLLL...will have to cach 5.30PM bus...so i went home and again came back at 5.15PM...1 bus came..(which was supposed to be my bus)..refused to take me in...when i complained they told us to WAIT...i asked for the exact timing of bus then they told us to take my money back..n used some bad words..(Ulta chor kotwal ko daate)...finally around 6 got bus...but really..ruined my saturday...
