Extremely Unprofessional Discourteous and Insensitive. Have never witnessed such an uncaring Tour Organization. Poor ethics. Pathetic hotels and strenuous scheduling. Senior Citizens may keep away.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Namasthe.
we family of 6 members had been to Nava dwaraka yatra by flight with Nepal Pilgrim Travel chennai on 28th of April 2017.
There was a option by train, but we took the flight option. The tour cost was 18500 Per Individual.
The cost included practically everything except our flight tickets - onward to Jaipur and back from Ahmedabad to Chennai
On our request Nepal pilgrim travel chennai booked our flight tickets in indigo and we paid 8780 Rs for a to and fro ticket.
Right from pickup at Jaipur airport and until drop at Ahmedabad the Tour manager Suresh Kumar and kitchen crew
accompanied us. Hotel rooms provided were decent enough and planning and execution of the tour was simply
wonderful, we were never too late. Food served was Good and homely.. Eventhough a buffet was not provided to us.
Quality of food preparation and taste was good, most importantly no stomach upset during the travel.
we could completely full fill our Tour agenda without hassle return back home safely.
Special arrangements were made at Matrugaya for performing religious rites for my Mom.
my grandmother who is 84 years is very happy to have all the darshan. Local rickshaws auto were arranged by Npt for elderly pilgrims.

My wife and I joined the tour organised by the Nepal Pilgrim Tours mainly to Mukthinath and other holy places in U.P conducted by the Nepal Pilgrim Travel in May 2017.
The only positive is their extensive coverage of many places both pilgrim places and other attractions. My comments on the other aspects are:
Food.
The worst. The quality can be gauged from the fact that they engaged a drunk in their cooking staff and used Dalda vanaspathi as cooking medium. Of the 15 days of tour, they served tomoto chutney for 10+days morning, afternoon and night. They hardly served any vegetables. Most people suffered from stomach upset.
Accommodation
As they invariably reach the destination of the day after mid night, and invariably compelled us to vacate the room in the early morning irrespective of the time the bus actually left the place we had to carry our luggage to and from the 1st and 2nd floors as early.
Further I suspect the rooms are taken on hourly basis which explains the reaching late and vacating early. May be for the same reason the bus is driven so slow even fully loaded multi axle trucks overtook our bus in plains and in ghat roads in Nepal.

Both their Manger of the Tour and his assistant were rude.
In short avoid this travel organisers.

Yes! This lady Geetha thinks she is the Boss of all tourists and is bit delirious in her behaviour. We went for the Kailash yatra in 2014 and there was no communication as to the visa etc before the tour. Our passports were held up at Delhi but we were asked to proceed to Kathmandu .Those without Voter card were subjected to torture at Airport.
Of Course the Nepal agents were initially good. But we were made to travel from the Tibet border to Kathmandu in Non AC vans cramped with the luggage's of food items n staff.
It was a mixed back! But the arrogance of the lady is a fact and she lacks courtesy!
Perhaps most of these travels are like this!
