Net Protector — NOT WARNING FOR DELETING VIRUSES

Hello SIr,

I am SUniL Mali, From Mumbai, Mb.NO [protected], Net Protector Antivirus Has Deleted Lots of my important Data. I had Chat with customer care executive. but they didnt give me proper response.
1. No cds with setup are working, ex- Net Protector setup cd
2. Its deleting my importing files ex. ALLFILES.exe which contains my csharp code.(VERY SURE THERE ARE NO VIRUSES IN THE FILE) I Have got this files from Microsoft CD
3. Doesn't Warn me Before Deleting any Data(It is very very necessary, I[censored] cannot make good antivirus, then atleast give us option which will simply warn us for deleting data, it warns me but after deleting my data) ALL antiviruses support this feature.
How foolish mistakes these are, i had chat with ur customer care executives, they simply answered that(You cannot compare our antivirus with others) but what i think is atleast warn me before deleting something i[censored] cannot judge it properly.
