[Resolved]  New Brand Hp Laptop — recovery cd

hp/laptop — recovery cd is not working

i have purchase hp laptop in last october. it is now warranty period. in some problem my register window7 is currupted. when i reinstall the window then recovery cd is not work. when i contact hp customer and complain in 26may. they only say cd is not available. i will contact you. please tell me what can i do.

sir or madam,
i am bablu choudhary purchase a new brand HP LAPTOP(model number=[protected],colour=X) from E-ZONE HYDERABAD CENTRAL SHOPING MOll .on[protected] by the same name(bablu choudhary). but i can't able to make it's recovery cd and now i have a lot of problem with my laptop as 1.internet explore is not working 2.sound problem,3.cd coping problem etc.yet i am not formate my laptop so plz kindly post my recovery cd on the following address.
