Dear sir,

My name is S. Sakthivel from bangalore I have ordered a NEW JERSEY POLO CLUB WATCH for Rs. 449.00 via online (rediff shopping.com) from the vendor GENESIS IMPEX - New delhi, on[protected], two weeks back i received the watch, while opening the watch its not working and I called to Genesis Impex immediately but there is no response from the shop keeper, I was keep on trying for the past 2 weeks but no use. My order # 6972701 please assist me to replace the watch.

i have ordered a polo club watch from rediff shopping. the product is defective.its dialer to change time is missing. my order no-7490903, please assist me to replace this watch. this is really disappointed..
