[Resolved]  New Look Laser Clinic — Fraud - Amount taken for the services not taken and refuse to refund

I have paid INR 29,000/- for two treatments together however i have taken one treatment and not happy with the result. I have asked them for the refund for the treatment i have not taken that is INR 15000/- but they are making excuse to refund the same by saying that this is not in our policy to refund the money.

In this ethical/ logical, not to refund the amount for the services not taken?

they are fake.

government should not give licencse to them..
