Sir, On 15.09.09 I filled NPS registration form at ICICI bank,WaterField Rd, Bandra-W branch. The dealing officer Mr. Ujjwal (ph-[protected]). But , I ahve not yet alloted registration identity till date. My details are as follows: PRAN:[protected] / 18 POP-Reg no : 6001951 All my attempts to follow up my subsriptions are futile.
