Deduction of amount from my mobile mo.[protected] without my consent
NexGtv
Someone claiming to be from Nexgtv called me up on 15/06/2012 and offered the description of the live TV products. I just listened his offer to provide me a trial pack for one week which is 35 Rs a week. He also said that the deduction will be charged only when I accept the links and send and sms of 'ACT' to some mobile number. I didn't receive the link and I didn't SMS for service activation. In the evening I received an SMS that you have subscribed to the weekly pack and 35 Rs "has been deducted" from your account. Today again I recd a SMS that this has been further renewed for a week for Rs.35/-.
It is beyond my imagination as to how can somebody deduct the amount from my account without my consent?
Tell me what to do as I didn't subscribe, how can I unsubscribe. Particularly when neither their unsubscription no. nor their toll free no.is working. .
Is this company a cheater and BSNL is accomplice?
Please help me.
