My consumer no is P4096 at Jayanti Gas Agency, Patna and my address is IGIMS Nursing qtr no 12, Po. - BV College, shekpura, Patna. I have booked for GAS on 3/3/2008. I have double cylinder and both the cylinders are empty. I visit my distributor yesterday with sylender and enquired about my date of delivery. he confirm that today we are giving for 3/3/2009 but can't give you the gas at agency, Delivery boy will delever the GAS today at your home. Hole day I wait at home but delivery boy not reach at my home again today morning I visit at agency and again not give me the GAS. This is the regular problem with this agency.
So, kindly do the needful.

1)Not attending the calls.2)Not respect and not giving a responsible answers to the customer.
3)There is no door delivery service to anupuram.
4)Not receving the cylinder by time.
5)Thee is no response for the complaints in cylinder.
6)When we go directly and ask they are rude to us.
commercial gas — dealer deny for supply
we are using this connection since 3 years. to day the dealer m/s. Ratna Agencies at hmt hills, kukatpally, hyderabad, had denied booking saying that we should take minimum refills of 6 to 8 cylinders every month. our consumption is 1 to 2 cylinders only every month. how can they expect us to consume more gas when the complete world is looking at how to save gas. as they are unable to deliver me the refill iam planning to go to consumer court.tarun kumar jhawar,

indane lpg domestic connection — non delivery of cylinder even after 7 days of booking
Sir,My connection no is 4872, registered with dagar gas service, sec-3, rohini, Delhi.
I had booked my gas on the centralised no on 26.4.09 at 11 A.m booking no:01.
The cylinder has still not been delivered.
i was having problems with the dealer all the time and then i contacted the official website where i was given the centralised no for any future bookings.however, they are also not any differentfrom the dealer.
In this day and age, waiting for 7 days for an lpg cylinder!unimaginable.

i want to book my complaint against "poonam gas agency", J.J. colony, shakur pur, New Delhi-110034, India. i have an account in poonam gas agency on my Father's name Mahesh sisodia and Gas code no. is P23473. they people do not pick the phone or it is always busy.
If somehow i book the gas refill request, they say they have booked but they do not book it.
Even their behaviour of replying is not good showing their carelessness towards the job.
Also these people are not ready to listen anything.
few days before i had called them to book cylinder and they replied they have already a booking on my cylinder number on 11.05.09 but they didnt deliver it till date. i m really requesting you to please take some necessary action against them. this is not the case of this month everytime i face these types of problem with these people.
please take some actions as early as possible to solve these problems.

We are getting very poor service from LV Reddy Gas Agencies loacated at S.No.157/1p, Thokkatta Village, Manovikas Nagar, Main Road, Bowenpally, Hyderabad - 50001.
Whenever we are trying a landline always busy, agree because customers are more. we went directly & informed for booking the gas he said we will get in a week but almost 10 days over but still we didnt get the cylinder.I really dont how Indane is giving agencies these type of guys.
We request you to change the agencies or ask them to improve in services.

Indane LPG Gas — gas booked on 20th March but not delivered yet
I have only one cylender & i have booked gas for home delivery vide my Indane lpg gas account no 16969 on 20.03.09 but till today 25.05.09 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with indian gas. My Gas Agency is Shastri Nagar Gas Service JAipur 302016.Sir, my family is facing lot of problem & spending their lot of time in above matter but still all vain.

Indane LPG Gas — non delivery although booked before three months
I booked gas vide my a/c no 16969 for home delivery on 20.03.09 but till today 25.05.09 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. me "divoliya indane gas agency" Nadigao konch Disstt. jalaun U.P. ke sambandh me complain karna chahta hu. is agency ke propwirter agency ko 'nadigao road konch' me sanchalit karte hai jabki agency registered nadigao ke address par hai. iske alaba ye naye connection ke liye 4200 rs. lete hai jo ki bahut jyada hai. konch me gas ki kala bazqari bahut joro par hai.
me bharat gas agency ke bare me bhi batana chahta hu. konch disst. jalaun UP me bharat gas agency kali charan verma ke naam par hai jabki isko nilesh agrawal urf NILU sanchalit karta hai. uska behiviour bahut kharab hai iske alaba 100% kala bazari chal rahi hai cylender keval netao aur gundo ko subudha se uplabsh hota hai ye cylender dete samay 1 hapte pahle cylender jama karbate hai iske baad cylender dete hai. kam se kam 3-4 chakkar lagwate hai iska kharcha hi 50 se 100 rs. tak aa jata hai. har baar jhagda hota hai. home delivery to barso se nahi hui. plese sir in dono agency ki jaanch ki jaaye anyatha kisi din bada hadsa ho sakta hai.

Since more than 1 yrs abovegas agency stopped supplying LPG cyl with in 18 days .Now my cylinder are not filled till seven days & we booked our cylinder on 16th of June they are not giving any answer & told they will not prvide the gas. South Madras Agency who is supplying cylinders to me. I have a genuine proplem. it appears south madras agency does not pay salary to the delivery boy. The delivery boy's name is Varadhan. Whenever he delivers the gas cylinder, he is demanding exhorbitant tips. Further he is fully drunk during office hours.
Will the authorities take the complaint seriously and see to it that the delivery boy beheaves properly from now onwards.

indane lpg gas service — Non releasing Gas connection
TV issued from sahibabad Ghaziabad submitted to Uttarnchal Gas Service, 249 Race cource, Dehradun on 14/02/09 subsequently veryfication received by them.Till date connection not issued on transfer vaucher.Manager approched severel times he replies come after two days i donot have cylinder.On date 05/03/09 Area sales Manager was approached on telephone no.[protected] he also could not solved the problem.I am facing a lot of problem as i am transferred from delhi and i am a central goverment employee.
