[Resolved]  Niranjan Gas Agency — Non delivery even after booking

i am a resident of 46-Ashoka park Extn. East punjabi bagh new delhi-26. my gas agency dealer is Amar Geet in east punjabi bagh market his contact no. is[protected],[protected]. i saw an advertisement in hindustan times news paper today, where gas can be booked through sms service but these above no's are not acceptable as the agency code so, please send me the right agency code, so that i can get a facility to book the gas through sms.In addition to it, the behaviour of the people working in agency is very rude and they do not book the gas before 21 days.

me bharat gas agency ke bare me bhi batana chahta hu. konch disst. jalaun UP me bharat gas agency kali charan verma ke naam par hai jabki isko nilesh agrawal urf NILU sanchalit karta hai. uska behiviour bahut kharab hai iske alaba 100% kala bazari chal rahi hai cylender keval netao aur gundo ko subudha se uplabsh hota hai ye cylender dete samay 1 hapte pahle cylender jama karbate hai iske baad cylender dete hai. kam se kam 3-4 chakkar lagwate hai iska kharcha hi 50 se 100 rs. tak aa jata hai. har baar jhagda hota hai. home delivery to barso se nahi hui. plese sir in dono agency ki jaanch ki jaaye anyatha kisi din bada hadsa ho sakta hai.

me jain gas agency faridkot punjab ka grahak hu. mera custmor no. sp 6298 hai. hame jain gas agency wale pichley kaphi samey se preshan kar rahe hai. 22 din se pehley cylinder book nahi karte. aur cylinder book karne ke baad kabhi bhi 10 din se pehley dilivery nahi huey.

dilivery dete samey cylinder ka weight nahi karte. purane diye gaye cylinder serial no ki hi maang karte hai jab ke hum indane coumpny ka cylinder hi vapis karte hai.

meney[protected] ko phone no [protected] se booking karvai thi par abhi tak 17 din bit jane ke baad bhi dilivery nai huey.aur puchne par koey niyan nahi dete. aur vivhar bhi thik nai karte. kirpya hamari preshani ka jaldi hull kiya jaye. aap ki meharbani hoge.

I am hailing from changaramkulam with above mentioned consumer no. from the golden indane services, indane distributor, alamkode P.O., changaramkulam, malappuram Dt.
I have only one cylinder and I’m refilling the same in a frequency of about 40-60 days.
I have booked for the gas on july last (around 27/7/09)and till date I have not received the cylinder. If this continues I will be forced to go to the side of laws for my rights. Here every body gets the cylinder in a frequency of 20-30 days also. So I kindly request you to take necessary steps to clear this issue and please do the needful

LPG domestic Gas — non delievery of gas cylinders

I have a LPG connection.
My consumer number is PA1128.
I am from Sirhind Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib state Punjab.
The supplier in our area is PUNJAB AGRO FOODGRAINS CORP. LTD (GAS AGENCY).
They do not deliver the cylinders on time. Ideally once we book the cylinder, we should get the supply in 24-48 hours. It doesnt happen in our area. People get it in no less than 4-5 days.
The problem is that few people get it in time who has direct relation with the agency. We kind of people dont get it in 5-7 days also. We need a cylinder after every28 days, sometimes we dont get it in that time frame.
I have a recent incident to mention. We booked the cylinder on october 21, booking number 60, and we still have not received the cylinder yet. There is another person with Consumer number PA1989 who booked the cylinder on October 23rd, and he has already received the cylinder. we tried many times to complain to Punjab Agro, but they dont listen at all. Even if we try to go personally and try to get the cylinder, they just dont approve it and deny saying delivery would be done. Please look into this matter. we are very much tensed

I am Mohan Lal Sharma having gas connection of Indane gas from M/s Neeranjan Gas Service, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur. My consumer No is 17571 and i have received my last gas cylinder on date 16.09.09. I am waiting my current delivery since last 15 days and doing regular follow up from agency but they are not responding properly. As per agency they are not having enough resources to supply gas at home & telling come & pick delivery.
I am in trouble, you are requested please look into this matter & treat it as urgent.

Our booking area comes under Niranjan Gas Agency
We booke our gas on telephone 2232106 & they did't deliver our gas to us.We face this type of problem every time.We are having only one cylinder and all are working persons
We talk to Niranjan Gas Agency, That we dont recive gas, They say we will be delivered .
We dont understand where our gas clinder goes.

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas delivery done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.

puneet gas agency — &non delivery of domestic lpg

a consistent problem non delivery of gas cylinder for 20 or more days. again this time i booked cylinder on electronic 1260 on 17 12 2009. but we did not get lpg till 1 jan 2010. than i went to their office to know the status. first they reused our booking than they said ok we will deliever it in 3 days.till now they did not deliever the cylinder, what type of enquiry is done against such delays and what action will be taken against such agencies who BLACKMAILS DOMESTIC LPG .

Indane Gas — Refusal to book to Gas on the pretext that it can booked only after 21 days i.e. from the last delivery of cylinder

I, Ajay Kumar Jain resident of B-36, Patel Nagar-II, Ghazaiabad is a consumer of Indane Gas registered with M/s. Nim Gas Service, Patel Nagar-II, Ghaziabad (UP). My consumer No. is 26675-M.

The dealer (Nim Gas Services) always refuse to book the cylinder before 21-22 days from the last delievery of Gas Cylinder and to this effect a complaint was made to the Area Manager and also the same was lodged in the complaint book available with the dealer way back 4-5 months. I was assured by the Area Manager that in future the dealer will not refuse the booking but always the dealer refuses to book the cylinder on the same pretext. At that time dealer not even provided me the copy of the complaint nor the company has replied me about the actiion taken on my compaint.

Today i.e. 04.02.2010, I called upon the telephone no.[protected] at 9.43 AM a person named (Mr. Gurjeet) refused to book the Cylinder on the same pretext and told me that they have orders/instructions from U.P. Government whereas what I feel that the subject matter does not pertains to State Govt. and even no such orders are being made by the Indian Oil Corporation or Central Govt. in this regard.

I think this dealer is having hand in glove with the company functionaries and did not bother to obey the rules of the company/GOI.

I request you to kindly look into the complaint and action be initiated against the dealer and also it is requested to kindly endorse the Action Taken Report at the earliest. I shall be oblieged.
