[Resolved]  Nittany Technologies — Treating employees as slaves

Hi, I Would like to bring some thing to light about the company nittany technologies (indus bpo, synthesis healthcare etc the company has so many names) i am Working for last 6 months. I am really shocked after seeing the top level management treats the employees. I also suggest not to come for intervieW and in case you got selected please dont join. I Will explain you everything in detail noW.

> you have to sign for 1 year bond Which Will not be revealed to you untill you sign the appointment letter.

> you need to submit your X or XII or ug or pg mark sheet and Will not be given to you unill you resign/ relieve from the office.

> if you try to resign in the middle of 1 year you need to pay 3 month salary and With 3 month notice period.

> you Will be informed With some company policy and you should folloW and the management Will not folloW. you cant ask them you Will not have the ansWer.

> You Will not have mobile access inside the office premises and Will nt alloed to contact you parent, friends or anyone from office phones.

> You Will not be getting the exact salary mentioned in your appointment letter salary break up.

i have lot more to say. If you dont belive me, you need to meet employees Who Works there.

guys and girls i am not Writing this for time pass this is serious and telling for the Welfare of the your career. please dont Waste you career and time in nittany technologies or the name i specified above. take care your career...

yes i agree with the above complaint. i am an ex-employee of nittany creative which is a part of indus bpo. i quitted the job a couple of months ago. nittany is a company which looks only for the company benefits and leave the employees to struggle. if you look at top level managers activities you think what kind of stupid people they are. they set stupid rules depending on the sitution that looks to be no where a good practice. if you question them or give a valuable suggestion that takes the company to next level then your a fool. other worst thing i have seen and as far as my analysis the employees there are from poor and middle level family background the management they make use of this innocent people to work like slaves as they dont find matching job elsewhere. i also heard lots of changes in company policy in nittany from some of friends and ex-collegues where you will start work before getting your appointment letter you will not get exact salary what you discussed finally during salary negotiation and no provident fund for employee those who are joining newly iam not aware what would be the hitback for them in future. so i too suggest think twice or thrice or more than 10 times before joining this indus bpo group of companies i dont know how much hidden companies they run. so be careful.
Yes agreed the same, at time of joining only they said incredible company policy which not at all seen in any office. Garbage the company policy, they will not follow but we have to follow it.

My foremost request don’t yet join in Nittany group.
What they said is less there is more to say about the useless company.
Above all they don follow the hierarchy . Where there an ordinary executive in a specific supporting department act like as an TOP LEVEL MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY. Also the MD OF THE COMPANY ITSELF KNOWS VERY WELL AND HE IS NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST HIM (Only they both know what mutual understanding they has).

Above all the company believes the person one who cheats them .

I have all the right to say about this USELESS CONCERN CZ I WAS AN EMPLOYEE IN THIS CONCERN AND SACKED UP BY THEM WITHOUT ANY PROPER REASON.

Also i bring one more thing here for the government notification . Will any labour officer ever inspected this company that too in festival time cz they do work on the government holidays with double wages for some of the employees not for all the employees who work on that day.

So guys its our experience with this company don't ever join with this company even you dont get any other job cz if you join here your entire carrier will be wasted .
this is for the welfare of the public who tries to join indus bpo group of companies as an employee. This is really really a stupid company. Friends you really wanna work this is not the right company to work. i recommend you not even come for the interview as i dont want your time to be wasted. bcoz its my real time expereince of my collegue where he was informed there is no bond during the interview and he got the appoint letter after 2 weeks he joins the company. he got shocked by seeing he is signed a bond for 1 year. that guy got cheated. the reason behind the lie from the company is no people are joining this company by hearing the rules/ policy of this company.

so friends, suppose your reading this please spend 2 minutes to spread the dirty things happening in this company and save your known and unknown friends career.

Yup agreed. They do ask me to submit my certificates during the interview, when i asked them y the HR replied for security and nittny policy followed by some top exe. names and their acquired certificates.
My next statement really made the plump HR pissed "with most polite way i said Y dont U trust ur employees, i[censored] provide the basic scheduled promotion, incentives, salary hike etc Y anybody would abscond.
HR was mum n after a pause said ur ready to submit ur certificates YES or NO.
My ans was spontaneous YES I will submit my certificates, HR was surprised coz she expected a NO from me.She smiled or a confident smile must have told herself finally i got this irritating guy to agree.
Finally she told me to wait for d final round of interview with the manager, as she was leaving the room my final statement to her inform ur manager that I will only submit my education certificates after a pause XEROX. HR started blabbering something n i left the place.
Stupid useless company...Sorry to say I am still working in that concern...coz i have to run my family...it has a stupid leave policy that if you take leave from saturday to monday...they will consider as 3 days leave...I have never seen such a stupid thing in any concerns..if so pls update...the managers talk only in language i don't know how many affairs they might had...they love talking A-language...they are all settled there becoz if they left the concern, no one would be ready to give a job. There are lot of womanizer's in this concern...for more details pls contact nearby police station...i dont know whether any one could make a difference by writing n this site...pls take action against this...but I hope for that

YES stupid and ridiculous company which runs by the Womaizer from Karnataka and Bihar and one Gujatathi who visits seldom and that is also to know the earnings of the company, not to stramline or strenthen the company or company employees. They take females only who has good features to hire their flesh when ever he wish to have also that guy has one MAMA in the floor to arrange through intercom service and direct lines but they don't rteady to share the lines for Employees real needs. That Guy has no designation code or anything till this day but he reacts like a owner of the company and ask stupid reports from the team and team managers. Even he offer good amount of money for the girls who ready to shar their flesh, as some girls always be there to earn money in order of share anything. Right example still there on the board who earn position, money, flesh sharing since her impotent stage and no way she found her husband satisfied ever in her life and both are wqilling earn money than good life. Evan before my presense also they behaved like dog and shared their kissing and hugging in the conference hall...If with the wetgrinder size can bear his flesh intersest see what is the status of others. They run the comapny with bull team of BD's since they had lost all the fruitful ones from their stream. They wpould like to lead the company only with the court help as they believe court people than true employees. Always they make stood people before the court yard when the employees lives their company. They has no work culture or human culture...they can run any business many names without proper licence on software/hardware/logo's/other company clients etc but if one persons goes out from their office they chase him / her like brutal dog which longing for the rotten bone. They take money from the and wash that to eat their daily berad, even that will not shared to poor employee. Luckily no employee is ready to share that. ever in my life I never seen like this company, I have expereinced many companies who pay very minimal to the employees but they never slave or hurt the peoples mind and soul. My humble request if luckily any genuine Govt official have chance to see this blog please do take some step to freedom the employees from this brutal company. every company has their own slogan to enrich their company value in the market but here their slogan is from male they need brain and hard work...from female Flesh and to do hard core excercise by that guy, I believe symapthy is holding lamp to that guy. Poor guys thsy don't spent more time with their life wife instead they look all the girl employees are to be their bed wife. Three major changes need for their company..1 The company should tale lead by by the team or person who has real techniacl knowledge and ADMIN POWER. 2. All the womanizer and MAMA's should exhaled from the mouth of this company...3. if things are not coming in to shape without seeing their daily bread all the empoloyees should come out to OMR and appraise the company. One or One day the affected family or person will come and self flame before this comapny then only the brutal secrets of this company will shine out...I hope soon that will happen as things are going bad for some persons who took more effort on this company and cheated by their immoral values.

I too agree about this company.. I worked in the past that is when they started the company in 1995.. and left in 2000.. i didnt gain anything from this company..even experience letter, they didnt give.. worst company to work for..

I am 200% agreed with the above complaint about nittany.
Its not only about nittany it also includes synthesis health care,
indus bpo and any other concern related to indus bpo
group. its is a [censored] company.
I am really feeling shame i worked in this red light
company for 4 years. i was an ex-employee i have
seen many times where top level people fuk each other.
i dont have proof as i have to surrender my mobile
outside office. but now i can name the person one
by one. anybody know who the hell p*ddy is?
he is the richest fuker in the organization. he has
finished rajalakshmi (unfortunately her husband
came to know and he divorced this lady, very sad)
and my big question is how many times the lady in
medical counciling room will be fuked she has two sons.
GD is a KD, she is hr head but she shows bulldozer body to top
three heads who sit in the corner room. i quitted this
company after hearing from my female collegues
twice that the admin will request the medical
coding girls, night shift girls to sleep for a night with amish, praveen
and shetty. very sad the poor girls with no choice
has to go for it. there are other guyz in the organization
who never cared about others career. if you perform
better than these guyz you will earn more work and not money,
all the credits will go to non performers, i meant the managers
or team heads. what i am going to say will shock you, it will
very very unsympathetic. what the organization must do if a
employee dies, here the management collects money from all the
employees put it into their bank account and they say we have
given insurance money from management. i cant call the god
to help this company employees bcoz he is the creator of these
scenes and he is just a spectator. but i can tell you,
dont join this dark and prostitue company.
Yes even i agree. I am a X employee of the company, i have submitted my certificates when i joined. Because of the heavy work pressure i quit the company with in three months. When i went to collect my certificates they asked me to pay Rs 15, 000, which i was not in a position to pay. Because of that I missed very good opportunities that came. I really feel people should not join here...

Yes, all of the above is true. The HR and management are the absolute worst. Them make up the stupidest rules -- rules that none of the employees are aware of. If you ask them where these rules are written, they will say that it's the "company policy" and won't show you where it's written. The only people I feel bad for are the employees there -- most of them are financially weak and they still work there because they can't find a job elsewhere.

It's the last place I ever want to be in this world.

FYI: they run under several names to cheat on tax, do not fall for any of these names: Nittany Technologies, Nittany Creative Solutions, Indus BPO Services, Synthesis Healthcare, Nittany Institute, and many more...

As others have mentioned, please do not join this company - even if you don't have a job don't even consider joining this company. I don't even know how these guys are running this company without being caught by the police.
And they have fired about 100 employees recently. Feel bad for the employees there, but at least they got out of this crap company. I hope these b'tards rot in hell.
The above said all are true in this company i never seen any where, one Womanizer (shetty) He is not a shetty (Jetty )only doing this all he is spoiling all employee future.

Thankq Friends i got a mail from Nittany group of company for the Post Of HR Coordinator. i have 3 yr exp i thought of shifting to this company but thank god i have seen the company feed back before interview.
folks i have worked in this company too and my certificates are with them... i am not sure how to get it back please advice me... and i completely agree with all the commments about this company...
The brand name Nittany was great till the fag end of 2007. Inspiring and hardworking leaders who followed the system to the T and really cared for the employees.then something happened in Q3 of 2007, all of a sudden we had a bunch of monkeys landing from nowhere into the system, most of them or all of them had one ingenious quality KISSERS. These monkeys were every where, in HR, IT, BD, name the department and they seemed to magically pop up from nowhere.. The top management trusted them blindly and lo and behold it was precursor to the collapse of a great organization. The confidence, the DO IT attitude and the family culture of the existing employees came down faster than a plane without wings...then the from Bangalore, SHETTY. it was the death bell and everything went from bad to worse..some suggestions for the management (i have been there and seen them function closely) get of your and start cleaning up the organization, start from the TOP, find out if the people that you have are worth all the trouble, try having a long term vision. hire some quality people who can bring back the lost sheen. and please stay away from the kissers.

For females, STAY AWAY, this company is not worth it. will just compound your troubles with all the womanizers loitering around. I have personally heard stories from the prospective victims - well i had the balls to question the prospective perpetrators.
