[Resolved]  Noise Pollution — Noise pollution due to marriage ceremonies

I m residing in street no 5, g block saroop Nagar Delhi -110042, Herein out street a marriage function is going on and volume is DJ is very high...my younger sister is preparing for her board exams...it is difficult for her to study with this noise...kindly do the needful

Dear concern, I am getting noise pollution here at F block karmpura new delhi.. (Radhe-krishan mandir) The religious programs are running here everyday since 5 o'clock morning to 8. Its quite irritating as we are unable to sleep during this hour everyday. I have complained for the same at 100 also 3-4 times but no action have been taken. We request you to kindly do the needful and oblige.

Dear Sir, I am a resident of Shankar bhawan, Near kachchi talab, patna. There is a kids school nearby my house. School brings out too much noise all day with the principal putting up a loudspeaker and puts children to shout on the prayers as well as they learn to show off how much they put on study. We requested them to have a fixed time for prayers in the morning. But untimely he forces children to do that. We are having old people as well students preparing for entrance exams who gets disturbed by his activities. Please help

In our DDA pocket 2, Sec-6, Dwarka, new Delhi 75. The loadespeekers are played in the temple and my house is next to the temple due to this I could not even talk my family memebers in day nor my son can study. Police is called then they make less volume and when police goes they again make it high pl sujjest what to do.

I am a resident of Amritsar living on race course road the loudspeakers do not let me sleep at night which is very disturbing...the police should be patrolling it is utter neusence...as per the order of supreme Court you are not allowed to use it after 10 pm but its 1:37 a.m the music is Stoll on...I know that no action will be taken regarding this but for your information I am writing this... Hi, I am not being able to sleep nor have a silent minute in my house due to music played from that house. We have elders in house who have weak heart. We have warned them many times but no response. The boy in the house is such an arrogant fellow.

In this workshop they work machinery product.machine makes very unbearable noise . they work b/w 9 am to 9 pm some time 12 pm. A wooden carving factory which is located in residential area making more noise with the machines and tools. when the neighbours of that factory raised a question/concern for factory workers/owners, they started screaming/shouting on people who live in that area. Sir, We are resident of keshri height appartment, Near gaytri school, railway colony, adityapur -2, sarikela kharshawa, jharkhand -831013. We are continuously been disturbed by a diesel generator which is banned and is run by neighbor shop keepers during power failure and been continuously use by hawkers making lot of noise and not been regularly maintained. Also the silence is pointed to our appartment making noise greater than 120DB Please take immediate and neccessary action

Sir my complaint is that my neighbour is using loud horn in scooty. the horn they are using is silimiar to the horn that is used on bus or train which creates unnecessary sound and makes people around them unhappy they blow it unnecessary without any reason so i want u to plz take necessary action regarding this. his house no. is a-68 gandhi nagar moradabad 244001

sir, am residing in B.R residency, next to Yashoda hospital, patny. We r facing lot of problem because of the use of loud speakers in odd timings for prayers in yellamma temple opposite to us.. The prayer timings are from 9pm to almost midnight 12 .30 am.. Lot o[censored]s doctors and we are unable to get proper rest at nights.. Please kindly look into matter and do the needful.

Dear Sir/Madam I am resident of Ramamurthynagar bangalore-560016 and have under gone open heart surgery recently, i have a school near to close to my home about 100-150 mtrs, Jai Gopal Garudia rashtraotana school. the school is doing demolition of the built area with heavy hammer drill machine's daily past 2 months .they start early hours at 4.00 -4.30 am till 8.00 AM which really disturbs all the near by residents, old age people, children who are at sleep and otherwise too. we have sleeplessness and the children are seriously effected in the regular classes that they attend unable to come out of sleep and do not have concentration on the classes too, same way the drilling and demolitions starts daily in the evening at 5.00-5-30 and continues till 11.30 -12 in the midnight. old age people and patients like me have a very bad situation unable to get any help from the authorities responsible . Every home is expecting some body to take up the matter to the concerned but helpless. it is ahumble request if the same be looked into on priority. it is a surprise that how much fund in the school is been wasted in the process too. where proper planning and design is not done or supervised too.

Hi, I am a residing in faridabad sector-55 Housing Board Colony, There is a show is been acting for the name of for 3 days and will continue for the upcoming 10days. I have tried to contact the person in charge for lowering the volume as my xams are on and i need to study but no there is no change in the volume, even i heard that they are placing some more speakers on the roads to surround the sound. Please help me in the is time.

Dear Sir/ Madam, We have a function hall by name "Boddu Kamalamma Function Hall" adjacent to our house that hosts marriages and so many other functions during which they use Loud speakers, Public address system and DJ music with such a high sound that goes beyond the stipulated noise levels (for residential areas) of 55dB (day time limits) and 40dB (night time limit) as specified by "Environment (Protection Act 1986)", "Noise rules 1989" and "Noise Pollution rules 2000". We are afraid that this would lead to deafness, High Blood pressures, High Heart beat, Lack of sleep, stress and more than all of these, it is causing disturbance to my sons and more to my elder son who is pursuing his Engineering entrance exams and is going to write his final year Intermediate examinations this in this month. We look forward to your immediate attention in this matter ad take suitable action on the management of this function hall to avoid using DJ and Loud speakers and save us from health hazards.

iam staying in sangareddy x roads near by the temple as the temple people keeps the loudspeaker from morning 5 am and it continues up to night 12 with that horrible sound we are unable to stay in our house therefore kindly look after it as soon as possible

Dear sir, I am residing in an apartment opposite to customs office, near seva sangam school, 36 williams road, cantonment, trichy_1, tamilnadu. just close to my flat is a car service station that uses generator during car wash which is very loud giving a lot of headache. There are elderly people and kids who are sound sensitive. Kindly do the needful to get rid of this station. Thank u

Respected Sir, I want to bring it to your knowledge that in their is community centre at Rana Pratap Bagh Delhi-110007 where the parties are done. Here the people play the music very loud which is out of the bearable amount of sound. On requesting them to get is slow, people threaten also. Manny times the request has been given to trust for same but they didn't even bother to interven. It is therefore you are requested to take some action against this loud music and they also place generators outside on the road polluting the environment. Regards Sudhir

Temple beside our house plays music on loud speakers everyday from 7.30am to 1.30pm. 5.30 pm to 9.30 pm . My mom is a high bp patient . The sound causes palpitations and I get migraines. My son can't study peacefully. Plz help us. If we complained or requested to stop the music, local goons gather to fight
