I am shocked to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased NOIKA CLASSIC 2700 on[protected] from M/S Venkateshwara Distributors Pvt.Ltd, E-39, Ground Floor,Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi vide Bill N0.4018 ( Copy attached as Annexure-A, which is infested with certain technical problem. The details are given hereunder:-

Problem : Problem of sudden switching off automatically even after having battery fully charged.

From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off. This handset has been sent two times to Nokia service centre as per details given hereunder:

FIRST REPAIR : Noika Care Centre,Ace Commnication, 151, 1st Floor, Kapil Vihar, Main Road, ( Near Metro Pillar No. 353 ), Pitampura, DELHI-110 034, Phone[protected] , 2735 4708 Vide Receipt No. 1186 Dated 21/07/2010. Also charged Rs. 140/- ( Attached as Annexure- B )
SECOND REPAIR : Noika Care Centre, NRI ommunication, O-9, 1st Floor, Lajpat Nagar- II, New Delhi- 110 024 Phone[protected] vide Job Sheet No. [protected] / 100828 / 89 Dated 28th Aug, 2010. E-mail: [protected]@noikacareindia.com WARRANTY REFERENCE NO. APAINY [protected] Attached as Annexure- C )

But the problem still persists. Since I am service class woman and has been working as a ‘Teacher’ where mobile is an absolute necessity , my work is getting affected badly because of having no interaction with my students and colleagues.

Due to repetition of this problem very frequently even after having repaired two times through Noika Care Centres, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span. In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.

I want to seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to this deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to non-availability of my Phone for almost two/three month.

I am really disturbed, and seek immediate replacement of the set, otherwise I shall be compelled to seek legal remedy.

Anticipating a quick response, as my work is suffering due to often reoccurrence of malfunctioning of the said set.
