Nokia 1209 — MANUFACTURING DEFECT

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA 1209 HAND SET ON DATED 28/12/09. BUT AFTER 3 MONTHS THERE IS A PROBLEM DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT SO I WAS GOING TO CUSTOMER CARE AT BALASORE BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THE PROBLEM CAN'T BE SOLVED. I THINK THE PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
