[Resolved]  Nokia / 3230 — Worst Model/Service Centre

Sir,
I bought nokia 3230 mobile at Essar Telecom Retail Ltd, choolaimedu, chennai-29, india on 20- JULY-2007 under my poor financial stage.After one month, I had faced few problems like mobile hang, auto reboot. So I went nokia service centre, named as HCL Infosystems ltd, aarthi chamber, anna salai, chennai -06, india.They told, we will resolve the problem, just you will come back after two days.After call confirmation I went to there, but, they given another one mobile without my prior knowledge.I really upset, because my old mobile color is black and new one is other and I never expect this kind of aspect form them.

But I have no other option, So i got it. New mobile IMEI model is : [protected]. But after two days only i realised the same problem arised again on new mobile also. but I kept it, because i hate to went that service centre once again

Past six months i have faced 'n' no.of problems.They are, Mobile hang, dead slow, auto reboot, back door problem and so on. So I have went to once again to the same service centre on 10-Mar-08. They collected my mobile and gave job sheet to me on around 10.30 PM.

After two hours over, i got call from service centre and she told your mobile doesn't come under warranty service due to water injection. But I really shocked, because, past six month i took precious extra care on my mobile. Any way i supported myself and went to service centre today 11-Mar-08. They gave my mobile. I collected and went out of the service centre. I switched on my mobile, I highly shocked because, every screen is shaking and shown twice per page.I highly disappointed. I went to once again, they told it's due to water problem, But I haven't been facing this new problem till 10thMar.So they are only responsible for this new problem. But, they are rejected my voice.

Before six month back, i had very good remarks about nokia, but still, ?...
I faced 'n' of problem from my mobile and service centre. If you will n't resolve this kind of problem, i am sorry to say, you will lose your customer one by one

Nokia 3230 — software re-installation

Sir,
I got one problem with my mobile(nokia 3230) regarding it's software and i given it to a near by authorised service center.They re-installed the software and charged me Rs 350/- +tax.I would like to know the service charge for software re-installation is this much high?
You should always go to Nokia care rather than nokia service centres.....they dont charge you anything remember next time .............

Nokia 3230 — Stolen Nokia3230 Handset

Nokia 3230...purchased from Bangalore Nokia Gallery...on 13TH oCT 2007.The handset was having the IDEA Simcard with the no:[protected]. The handset got stolen on 22nd May 2008 morning.

My self Suryakant purchased Nokia 3230 from Jaynagar 4th Block, Nokia Priority Dealer, Bangalore.
My handet IMEI No.:[protected].
My handset is having IDEA Simcard [protected].
The handset has been stolen on 22nd May 2008 From Pune.Kindly Help for tracing out the hanset.

Dear Sir,
I had bought the above mentioned set on 6/10/2007 from Subhiksha Mobiles, Mira Road. It is on July 2008 when I was posted at a place Cuddalore in Tamilnadu, I found that the mobile is getting hang frequently and some necessary data were not being displayed.Immediately I taken it to the Nokia Customer care centre Cuddalore. After checking they declared that since the software has become backdated they have to send the handset to Chennai. On 15th July they replaced my handset without giving me any replacement note.
In the end of August 2008, I found the same problem deveoping in my replaced handset.
Being transferred to Mumbai I have taken my handset to the Nokia care centre of Mira Road, where I came to know that their system is showing the warranty has been scrapped.However they attended my complain and after some service the handset was found okay.
But to my surprise, from the next day again the set start to get hang.
Now being in transferable job, mobile is highly essential . So I want a suitable replacement for the same.

Nokia Guyzz,

I had given my handset to get repiared from its problems Job Sheet no. is[protected]/100316/18
I had told a problem for BAD TRNSMISSON Pixel Missing in display..
tht problem is not been solved yet.i had given this handset in Nokia Care 5 times for the same problem..
Product Quality is the major problem which i am facing with Nokia Handset, and sincerely believe Nokia handset
QA team do not exits.
