[Resolved] Nokia 5130c - 2 Xpressmusic — shows wrong message time | |||
I bought a nokia 5130 cellphone on 04.09.2009 from an authorised dealer. From the day of purchasing it is having a manufacturing fault. It shows wrong message time. I complained about it to the dealer who suggested me to go to the local nokia customercare centre. The authority at the centre told me that they will update the software of the phone. They did their job and returned the cellphone to me after 5-6 hours but all in vein. The problem was as it is. It shows the time of message with a difference of about 5.30 hours. Finding no other way to solve this problem I am sending you this email to request you humbly to take proper action and guide me further ,please. Thanking you.
