Dear Sir,
My self Dr Disha Desai from bilimora state gujarat, i bought my nokai 5130cell from Future axiom telecom ltd, no 31, 17th main cross , vijayanagar bangalore on date 19th august 2009 . n according to their instructions i had to charge my phne for 6 hours before using n i charged it for 6 hours n my cell was working properly n v came back to gujarat thn after 11 dayz i clicked two snaps n my phone gt switched off n it didnt started as i ws having warranty for 1 yr i showed my piece to nokia care valsad branch Om sai communications, 71, 72 D. N. shopping centre station road valsad on dt 31st of august they told that i vl have to keep my cell for one day so that they can recognize problm in my cell on next day they told me that water enterd into my phne bt as per my knowledge not even a single drop of water has entered into my cell ,thn they told me to keep my cell for another few dayz n they gve me job sheet n no is 090902/56. on 4th sept i went to collect my phone they charged me 200 rs for software upgradation n on top of it they broke my cell body so i complaint thm that my cell phne body ws broken thn they had sum conversations betwn thm n said me to wait for another 15 mins thn they gave me my phne back with proper body. on that eveng it worked for few hours n again i am facing same problms that my cell is nt working. Inspite of spending money n time i didnt got d proper feedback from ur nokia care centres. my cell is still nt working n m facing many problms due to it. my whole routine is disturbed due to this nokia services . now u only suggest me wht should i do? plz gve me reply withn 7 dayz otherwise i vl have to take sum legal steps against nokia.

Nokia 5130c — DEFECT IN PRODUCT

I bought a nokia 5130c xpress music phone from spice mobiles on 23/09/2009.
it has a manufacturer's warranty(NOKIA INDIA) of 12 months.
Fom the day I bought this mobile phone it is was having charging,battery back up n stand by problem.
Inspite of giving it for servicing to nokia care centre three times(including once sent to noida head office) and also battery being replaced once the problem was not taken care of.
Now after getting repaired so many times phone has started getting hang frequentely,its camera not working properly and previous battery problem still exist as usual.
The phone has again been sent to noida head office for servicing.
As a consumer I feel cheated.
Please help!!

These consumer complains should be heard and companies should be given stricter codes to follow as well as fines to be imposed for cheating and harrassing consumers.

nokia 5130c — Mobile Handset not functioning

Sir,
I have purchased a NOKIA 5130c Model Handset, IMEI No.[protected], Invoice No. OR/1476/00001/2814, on 11.08.2009 from THE MOBILE STORE Ltd., Shop No. 1, Opp. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Statue, College Square, Cuttack-753003, Orissa. But, since last six months, the handset is not functioning. A white screen appeared most of the time on the display. I have contacted the Nokia Care Shop at Nayasarak, Cuttack and gave them the handset. They told me that software problem is there and repaired it within 15 minutes and charged me Rs.250/- without any money receipt. Again after one month, the same problem arose. Again I went to the shop, they charged Rs.250/- without any money receipt and told me that there is no guarantee on software. So, my question is, how many times I will run after them spending money and time ? Being a reputed international company, I have lost my faith on NOKIA. So, I request you, if possible, kindly change the handset and hand over the same to me at the earliest.
