[Resolved] Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic — signal problem
This is to inform you that i have purchased Nokia 5310Xpress Music a couple of months ago. A couple of weeks earlier there is some problem in the phone. it is not catching the signals properly and some time it showS no signal or a message i.e. sim card registration failed. Moreover it is automatically switching off and there is some problem with its boot set up too.
My set is under now 07 months warrantly and i have submitted it for repair in the united mobile office lahore. After the lapse of stipulated time i have communicated with them about the return of my phone but they are making a excuse that they are unable to repair my set. As a result they send my set to Nokia and they dont exactly tell me when my set will be ok and delivered back to me.
well in my life i used many sets of Nokia due to their user friendly setup and reliability but on this issue this is seriouly causing a nuisance for me. Kindly redress my grievance in the intrest of your valued customer as soon as possible.
