[Resolved]  Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic Edition — set hanging problem

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is having Set hanging technical problems.we(Asian Paints) have purchaed 3 phones fron Universal Cell for our marketing persons and noted that all the 3 set are having the same problem, out of which the above set have more frequent problems with the software and set hanging problem, we have given the set at your customer care center at Ameerpet, Hyderabad, 2 months ago and was reparied in spite of which the problem was reported again and the set was given again to the Nokia customer care and they sent the set to the Nokia Company for 20 days, and after 1 week the problem was repeted again the set is hanging again and again and our Marketing persons and we are suffring a huge losess as they can not attand or Do out going calls, So kindly arrange for a replacement or give any other model as peplacement for this model as we have seen that many of the Nokia 5310 set are having the same problem set hanging (kindly stop producing the model no 5310)

As you know Asian Paints are having many branches accross india and we are the biggest manufatures of paints with thousand of employees across India, we provide cell phones to our employees all over India, and our first choice was always Nokia,

So Kindly keep up the good name the Nokia as got with its products and services
