[Resolved] Nokia 5610 — Not getting replacement o[censored]nder warranty newly purchased mobile phone
This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased a cellphone "Nokia 5610" on 22nd December 2007.
Upon completion of only one months time the phone developed a malfunction with the "display going blank" and also a "hang problem".
I deposited the cell at Nokia service centre "Aryans Communication, Jaiswal Complex, 6B, Park Road, Lucknow-226001" on 22nd January 2008 and was told to wait for a period of one week.
Even after passage of one weeks time the phone was not repaired and i was made to wait for another 4 days.
I received the phone on 2nd February 2008 and was shocked to find the "same problem still present", even after waiting for such a long time and minimal usage of my newly purchased phone i was still facing the same problems.
I again deposited the phone with the service centre i.e. on 2nd February 2008 and am really very unsure as to what to expect.
The job sheet number is "[protected]/080202/106".
My faith in Nokia has been totally shaken by this incident and also by the standard of customer service i got.
