[Resolved]  Nokia 6013 — improper service of phone

I am a proud owner of a NOKIA mobile phone purchased at a heavy price. I, together with my family members, have been NOKIA customers for a long time - even before NOKIA commenced operations in Chennai. However my to my utter horror my faith in NOKIA instruments was shattered recently:

My hand set developed some defects - an as a good fan of NOKIA, I approached the NOKIA Priority centre in Anna Nagar. They analised the set and informed me that there was some defect in the software which has to be reloaded. Unfortunately after passing of over one week, the set was returned to me saying the work was completed - but I found the set in teh same condition as before.

The worst part is that there is no response from them nor is there any proper reply with regard to this matter.
