[Resolved]  Nokia 6300 — To trace the stolen phone

I have lost my Nokia 6300. I have already filed an FIR and circulated the copy of it to all the service providers. But if there is anything that you can do for me for then I will be highly obliged. Please help me trace my mobile.

I lost my mobile in last month model number is sony ericsson K660i. I would like to know what is the procedure for getting back my mobile phone with the help of IMEI number. I come to know it is possible to track which number is using my mobile model but not sure what is the proceduce for getting that.

Nokia 6300 — incorrect charges/wrongly charged

I am using Vodaphone connection, in the last bill they have charged for net surfing where as your Executive named Mr.Mudit called up & gave the scheme that net surfing & downloading is free with certain site which they are providing.I have been following up with Vodaphone Customer care for reversal of incorrectly applied charges but the story keeps repeating, and no reversal seems to occur.This is quite absurd and illogical .
So please let me know how to proceed further on this matter as now I have decided either to revert my bill or to disconnect the number which I have been using for last 6 years.
Vodaphone should stop this act of applying incorrect charges to its customers.

I want to lock my nokia 6300 phone. but i don't know how it done.Can you tell me how it could be done.

I am Shialesh Gaurkar from Nagpur I have perchase Handset Mdel No. Nokia 6300. Along That handset I got Handfree Kit but that Was Damage. I went to that shop and said about that But He is not ready to accept that. But that problem was done bye you so you must accept by you.
Prior that I had check the kits and all things, but in that Handset there was problem so He replaced me other Handset within 5 Menute. So next kit I didn't Check.
Ok So make cleare my point.

Nokia 6300 — When we try to plug the MMC back in to the phone after upgrading s/w, it’s asking for Password.

I had a problem in my Nokia 6300 mobile, I wen to Nokia Care Center in Trivandrum (Pattom) and the rep over there formatted the phone but not the MMC, as he removed the MMC before formattting the phone. But when we try to plug the MMC back in to the phone, it’s asking for Password. Where in I very clearly remember I didnt put any password when I bought this phone. The problem is I have extremely crucial data in that card. I think its a problem of the phone as I found many people reported the same issue. Please go through the link.

I was using Nokia 6300 mobile with an vodafone no. ([protected]).but unfortunately before 8 months, my mobile got stolen at bodakdev ahmedabad
After that I registered a legal complaint in the nearest Police station.(vatrapur).I had given an emie no.and sim no.to the policemen. Then they told me that they have given the authorised application to the service providers.. i.e. vodafone
I just want to know r u really tracing the phone using the emei no? and i[censored] r doing so, then why this procedure takes so long time i.e.8 months. Will u pls. help me to get back my mobile?Pls.mail me i[censored] have any other solution of this problem

Nokia 6300 — pathetic product

I'm the most dissatisfied Nokia Ph user. I purchased Nokia 6300 recently. It was giving the worst battery backup. After 5 days, the phone got switched off and it never worked after that. I have given my phone to Nokia care point and i experienced the worst and terrible service. They have taken my phone for repair and given me a job sheet stating delivery date 10 days hence. They said, they will be sending the ph from bangalore to delhi for repair. This is such an inconvenience. They have not even given me a spare ph to use. I'm forced to go to consumer court to file this sheer recklessness and lack of responsiveness displayed by Nokia.
