[Resolved] Nokia 6303c — no network signal in mobile | |
I have purchased a NOKIA handset (Model No :6303) vide book No. 165/126 and serial no. 6300 dated 7/2/2010 from Spice Retail Ltd., 5, Shubham Tower, Plot no. 69/70/71, Neelam Bata Road, NIT, Faridabad (Haryana). On 5th day from the date of purchase, it start malfunctioning, so, I have given the same to one of your service centre Modcad Services, NIT, Faridabad as per service details given below : 1/ Given the handset to service centre on 22/2/2010 - Returned to me after repair on 24/2/2010 2/ Again given on 25/2/2010 as the problem is not rectified - Returned to me after repair on 6/3/2010 3/ Again given on 6/3/2010 as the problem is not rectified - Still with the service centre. I regret to inform you that the problem is still not rectified and I have called to your customer care and they have given me case ID 1-[protected] dated 8/3/2010 and they assured me the problem will be rectified within 48 hours. I have been noticed that I have been given a defective handset by your supplier. Now I am not going to approach to anybody and I need a replacement immediately, else I will be forcefully restraint this matter with consumer court.
