[Resolved]  Nokia / 7210 Supernova Mobile — Mobile dead within 3 months of purchase

Sir,
I purchased Nokia 7210 Supernova mobile and within 3 months of purchase it got dead. I deposited the same at Nokia care, Civil Lines, Bareilly on 03 Aug 09 with Job Sheet No.[protected]/090812/28. But till date I didnt receive the handset also no responce after lots of communication and mailing at Nokia care. Am feeling helpless and suffering lots of trouble and inconvenience due to irresponsible attitude. Appended below details of few of the replies I got while contacting and mailing Nokia Care.

i never recommend anyone to buy nokia mobile i highly disagree its cell and its care center services
sir i purchased nokia 7210 supernova with serial no.[protected] it has been repaired six times with same problem but again its giving same problem what to do

My Nokia 7210 Supernova's keypad isn't responding. Also it starts and shut off autometically. Please help

Sir i bought Nokia 7210 supernova on 8th march 2009.
My problem is " i can connect internet in my mobile only, but if i connect to the system via data cable it's not connecting, even it's not showing "connected hardware" what to do ? If i connect with nokia N70, it is connecting... Why sir ? Can i throw this mobile ? Please guide me...
