[Resolved]  Nokia — COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE

I Dr. G. Jeyabalan, had purchased a Nokia E63 mobile phone few months back. The mobile phone was having the problem of hanging at one page during internet surfing. Last week, it so happened, and I tried to restart the mobile phone. The moment I switched it off, it was not responding any key after that and till now the mobile can not be switched on.
When the mobile had been submitted to Nokia care (Jain Communications,) Alwar, they asked us to wait for two hours, then one day, then two days and finally they said the mobile had to be sent to head office and would take 8-10 days. And finally I had taken my mobile handset back and now I decided to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum for the ignorance and lethargic of the service center.
They prefer to do services for paid service customer rather than warranty service customers like me. If at all they can not provide warranty services, why the company claims for warranty for one year for their products?
This can be taken seriously against Nokia who provides false claims as warranty, and the service center for not providing prompt service, reception to the customers.

nokia 6500 mobile phone — Nokia care service not satisfactory

i am unable to get my NOKIA 6500 Cell phone repaired from nokia..
I purchased that cell from chandigarh on july 08, it runs gud for around 4 weeks, but after that it starts rejecting my memory card.. i went to nokia care and they just format my cell phone..then also it runs good for around 2-3 days, but after that again the same problem start occuring..
i went again to nokia care, and they did the same thing again..
and this process keeps on going till now.. my cell is still facing the same problem..
i went to nokia around 6-7 times, but they are not paying much attension towards my problem..

Now i am fed up of all this mess, And as a consumer I feel harrased and being duped by Nokia.

Now I'm also planning to file a case in consumer court this week if Nokia doesn't take any action and if I do not get the service that I deserve.
i got a nokia 2680 slider phone and it is still in waranty. i took the set to hazratganj nokia care they kept me awaited for 2 days and after 2 days they are saying that set has been repaired by some other person other than nokia engineer. and now they are not repaireing the set...i was ready to pay for the charges but still they cannot repair it...i never xcepted such a dissatisfaction from such a reputed company...i[censored]r company can giv any sugesstions then it will be helpful

Nokia/N95 — Complaint regarding POOR customer service at NOKIA CARE CENTERS

Hi,

I had a very bad experience with the 2 Nokia care centers in Noida Sec-10 and Sec-1.

My N95 keypad was working automatically and some keys were not working properly. I went to the Nokia Care at C-10, Sec-10 Noida and they told that it would charge around Rs.4000 as the Keypad IC is not working and Keypad UI needs to be changed.

Then i went to Sec-1 Noida Nokia care center and there they submit my phone that they will let me know the estimate regarding repair till the Saturday evening i.e. 13th June 2009. but I didn’t received any call regarding the same and even no replacement phone and backup phone was provide to me.

After calling on Monday two times I received a call from them that the Flex is not working and need to be replaced and that will charge around Rs.2500.

I was really surprised that same phone having two different issues and that to at a authorized NOKIA service center. What the hell is this Do there exits two issues at a single time.

I am very much disappointed with this kind of treatment we get at such authorized centers.

I would like to raise this issue to higher authorities.

nokia 7210 — NOKIA CARE DOES NOT RESPOND MY COMPLINT

Nokia N81 — MY CELL PHONE IS DAMAGED IN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE

Hello Sir,

i have N81 model of nokia .Which i purched last year.in dubai
yeterday i have given to your nokia prority dealers shop in baroda(Impressions, makarpura road.
101/annapurna Coplex, vadoara
to replace my game stick which is on top of cellphone.
but now so many features not working and my speakers get damaged badly.

hope this would be solved from nokia servives department.
other wise i have to take further action on it

Nokia — service & support.

I have purchase one nokia handset N72 bearing IMEI No [protected] from RKM Traders, 268/8, G.T.Road, Liluah, Howrah on 25/10/2008. In the month of May, 2009 some virus problem arised. To repair the problem, I was asked by the Nokia Care Centre namely VISION Care at 1/1 Hardutta Rai Chamria Road, Howrah - 1under Job Sheet no 090624/11 dated 19.05.2009, it take some time as it is to be sent to Delhi. I agree and ask them to get is soon. But contacting 3-4 time, on 24th June, 2009 they informed that the set has been return back by delhi without repairing and it is to be sent again to bangalore office and it again take 10-15 days to repair, Now sir, in the mean i have already lost a recharge of 333/- which is expired. The most & important thing is that they have now started misbehaving and telling we are helpless. Now I want to know sir that to repair a virus problem does it take 1-1.5month. if so its very strange. Being NOKIA the number one company in India have market of more than 60% in the mobile handset field is taking so much time.

i bought nokia 5610 last month[may'09] the shift screen option of my phone got dislocated. i went to dwarka care center for its repair. they told me to collect it within two days, i went after 5 days [i was out of town] still they did not repair it and told me we would call u once we fix it.After waiting for a week i went again and got the same response. After a lot of arguments i got back my cell at the end of the month.
must say pathetic service!!!
it dint end there.they fixed the button so tightly, that with one shift the whole button was into pieces ...well are we really suppose to trust the quality of nokia care??
more over when i went back to them they argued saying its a damage that i have caused .well it was so...i wana know why did i have the same problem with the same button, why dint any other part of cell broke!! What really shocked that Mr kamal knew i hada point and i was right, still he came up with excuses like, you must have dropped the phone, or maby u slipped it into your pocket without taking care...well well...
its quite upseting that we have to meet such corrupt people who know that they wrong and donot wanna accept it and rectify their mistakes...
i shudder being a nokia customer !!

1. Not replaced NOKIA-2600 Charger with Manufacturing Defect. Purchased on 21-04-09.
2. The dealer issued " Kutcha" bill dt. 21-04-09 with No Printed Cash Memo, BST-CST, Serial No. ( Accountable under Sales Tax Act) When pressed, refused.
3. I returned my defective charger on : 23-06-09 but neither money was refunded nor charger replaced.'
4. Dealer said that, NOKIA Care Center, Nagpur has turned down both requests, hence unable.
5. My mobile set is in perfect condition and gets charged by the another equivalent charger.

MY REQUEST IS : REPLACE THE CHARGER or Pay Back the Rs. 475/-?
Can I hope for redressal? Else I wl b forced to go to Consumer Forum?

HOW MANY TIMES A CUSTOMER RUSSES TO YOUR CARE CENTER FOR A SINGLE PROBLEM ?

DO YOU PAY ANY COMPANSATION AGAINST HRASHMENT TO YOUR CUSTOMER?

PLEASE DO SOMETHING SOLID AND MAKE SURE THAT THE SET HAS BEEN REPAIRED CORRECTLY.

i went to nokia care situated at noida sector-2. as because there was problem in my cell's
volume key. nokia accepted it n repaired bt unforatunately volume was unexpectedy slowed down.
wen i again tod dem about it dey accepteed my compaliant with a long conversation at last bt wen thety given my cell back to me its sound was slowed down more than the previous. The reason they tolda me was tha "" ALL NOKIA CELL LOST THEIR ORIGINAL VOLUME BY THE TIME SO IT CANT BE ENHANCHED.""
nokia is a very valued company hich produced the quality products with a long period of time for warrant but as a company you should be care for those who used the name of nokia so as to sell they product which are typically valueless and not strong
