Hi, Here is a compliant about my mobile Battery. 1) Product: BL-5C 3.7V battery 2) Sl. no.:[protected]; N253E[protected]made in China) 3) Nature of compliant: De shaping/ swollen battery 4) Using this Phone & battery since: Oct 2006. 5) Working condition: Phone is working but only the thing is i'm just charging twice a day. I have a nokia dl5c battery which has swollen a bit. Even the lid cover is not able to close properly. What could be the possible effect. The battery life is still the same as it was 4 yrs back. one charge keeps it going on for 2-3 days. How can I get it replaced?

Few days back I kept for charging it looks like my phone battery lost its shape and is swollen now. It broke my battery cover also due to swelling. Thank God it did not explode. I hope Nokia guys will replace my battery plus the batter cover.
