Hi ,myself Shivakumar from Bangalore and i was using nokia 7710 handset but by mistaken i have lost the handset in shimla but there the police is telling that they can't do anything ie they can't tracker throug IMEI NO ... So can anybody is there to help me out from this problem ............

put i live in aligarh U.P
in my mobile some redaling problem from this i have gone in nokia care for solve this problem and for this he has formate and resoftwaring 2-3 thims but my phone is not working propely and now he say i can't help it. so please i request to u please solve this problem

Please mail me the AWB/C.N.no & Date & Courier name through which you have despatch the battery. So, please reply me as soon as possible because the battery was registered on 17.08.2007 and till now there is no further information have been received.

I have purchased a cell nokia-5700 on dt 09.07.07, after a week i realized that my enhancement is not working properly, i went to the nokia care centre at janak puri new Delhi, they has taken my enhance on don't 26.07.07 & told that it ill be replaced/ repair before 11.08.07, but till dated 11.09.07 it is lying with them, every time i went there they are saying it is in process, so i want to know how long this drama will go, i want to know after spending lot of money on the cell phone, i am not getting any services from the nokia care, which is putting very bad impression of the company image, i want to know how long i have to wait, looking forwrd for your immediate attention to this matter.

I have nokia 3230 handset (IMEI No:[protected]). I bought it from nokia priority shop vadodara on april-2006.After using 5 months i got a problem related to display and camera application.So, i shown it to the authorized person at surat nokia care.The camera problem was solved but the display problem was still there, so then i shown it to the vadodara nokia care on the date 15th November 2006.Because it is nearer to my home.

At first they could not solve the problem so they sent it to the Nokia Care Headoffice Ahmedabad (Gujarat) three times, but still the problem was there.During this period i called weekly to the nokia care vadodara, but there reply was very irresponsible.On the phone they ware telling me that the handset is ready but when they delivered to me the problem was still there.This whole process took 2 months during this period, they even not given me the stand by mobile because they ware not having.I visited the Nokia care 10 to 12 times for solving that problem but i found no progress.

Whole this last 3 months i suffered a lot by time,money ,petrol and loss in business because i was not having any mobile.

So, herewith this mail i want to acknowledge you people sitting there at nokia Head office (india), that at Gujarat (Vadodara Nokia care) i suffered a lot due to such problems.Who is responsible for that?
I have bought a nokia phone model no. 6260 & Serial No. [protected], I have given four times to nokia center but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to nokia service center District Centre, Lucknoe uttar pradesh in India for repairing. They took one month twenty five days to gave it back to me after committing one week. Apart from that its still having same problem. I got really frustrated from this company bcoz they are doing nothing and my warranty period about to expire........

I have request to all the mobile users please do not purchase any type of nokia mobile. now nokia manufacture very low and bad quality of mobile.

All the mobile have very poor quality. And service center do nothing for nokia customer. He has not any satisfactory answer for your mobile: it says only your mobile is only under repair kindly check the status on next working day.

Nokia India — Heavily frustrated from Nokia!

I had purchased a nokai phone (6265 CDMA, cost 16000)
The camera of that phone had a problem in all the 6265 models.
Along with, i got the phone with other problems(slider problems, and the charger slot was lose, so it wudnt charge the battery)

I must have already visited nokia care atleast 5 times, but still my phone has all major problems (camera problem n slider)

Its a pain visiting nokia customer care. U have to be in the queue for 1-2 hrs to submit the phone, get rude behaviour from the staff n get the phone in unrepaired or even worse condition...

I SAY PPL lets move to comsumer court !!
atleast advise ur friends, family members, colleagues to BOYCOTT NOKIA !!!

it barely makes good phones....they charge u 16000 4 a phone whereas sony ericsoon or anyohter brand, give u a comparable phone @ jsut 10000
i dnt understand wats so gr8 about n 95 whihc costs 30000.....its a thing to buy...it doesnt even have a touch screen...

Nokia is the worst Brand i've come across. No after sales service atall. I purchased a Nokia N73 from my savings of 3years for Rs.23600/-, it i giving problems n now theres no one to listen.. When i go to Nokia care they just change the software n return the phone os say leave the phone here for 15 days mininmum.. tell me how can a mobile phone be left for 15 days.. its the basic need today..Now i've decided go to consumer court because they don't even reply to the emails.
i have a nokia n76 phone. i purched it just before 3 month back. but in a accident its front cabinate mirror has been broken. i m staying in orissa. at the nokia care of orissa ( bhubaneswer ) they have no spear cabinate of n76. so that i ordered from them. but no result found towards them. i hope this complain could help me to get a NOKIA N 76 CABINATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I am not at all satisfy with the quality of your product mentioned above, within 6 months of purchase(29.08.2007) i was not being able to use it at par the standard expected from you. Now also it is at your service center located at 37 shakeskpeare sarani,kolkata 17. Prior to that it was also being serviced by other service center for several times at barrackpore.I am sorry to state that I am not getting the service as claimed by NOKIA like company.

I request you to kindly take the matter seriously so that as a customer of your product I feel proud.

2. 1ST COMPLAIN WAS LODGED AT THAT VERY DEALAR MENTIONED ABOVE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR HANGING PROBLEM FOR DIFFERENT TIME.

THIS PROBLEM WAS PERSISTED FOR 3-4 MONTHS AND DURING THIS PERIOD THEY TRIED VARIOS TIME KEEPING MY SET AT THEIR PLACE,AT LAST THEY SUGGESTED TO GO AT THE SERVICE CENTER.

3. THEN I HAVE GIVEN MY SET AT SYSCOMP INFOTECH PVT LTD,32/2 BARASAT ROAD,BARRACKPORE,PIN 700122 KNOWN AS YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER UNDER JOB SHEET NO[protected]/080219/6 DATED 29.02.2008

4.THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE, FOR THE SAME THEY HAVE SUGGESTED TO ATTEND TO ANOTHER AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER M/S HCL NOKIA CARE,37 SHAKSEPEARE SARANI,KOLKATA 700017

5. THEN I AGAIN WENT TO ABOVE MENTIONED SERVICE CENTER AT KOLKATA AND GIVEN MY SET UNDER THE JOB SHEET NO [protected] DATED 23.02.2008, TILL THEN MY SET IS LYING AT YOUR SERVICE CENTER

6. RECENTLY IT HAS BEEN OBSERVED BY YOUR SERVICE CENTERS THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM IN THE BATTERY ALSO, ACCORDING TO THAT THE BATTERY ALSO GIVEN TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED KOLKATA SERVICE CENTER, UNDER JOB SHEET NO. AS/[protected] DATED 23.02.2008.

Till I have not received my set, because it has been informed to me that due to unavilibilty of battery the set is not ready.and they are unable to give any expected date even.

You are requested to take up the issue as per para 8 of the said Notification either directly or through your representative within 03 working days from the date of receipt of this intimation either through post or by electronic media.

Please be informed that if nothing is heard from your end within 10 working days, the Customs shall be free from all constraints to clear the goods as per provisions of law prevailing.

I have given my Nokia N73 Music Edition Mobile Phone for repair in Nokia Care Centre (B.T.M. Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka, India) on[protected] which is under Warranty Repair (Job Sheet Number:[protected]/081231/8), it has been almost 5 months now and still my phone has not been repaired and returned to me, in spite of numerous visits to the Nokia Care Centre and numerous calls to the B.T.M.Layout Nokia Care Manager (Mr. ArunKumar, [protected]), Nokia Careline (Nokia Careline Number:[protected] and numerous E-mails to the Nokia Customer Care (E-mail ID: support.[protected]@nokia.com). The Only reply I get from them is that the issue has been escalated and you will be getting your phone in another few days.

Nokia has the Worst Quality Products and even worse After Sales Service. I have wasted a lot of time and money to get back my phone, but in vain. It’s not only me but there are many others who are facing the same issues with Nokia Products. I request everyone to think a Billion times before buying a Nokia Product and my sincere suggestion would be not to buy one.

Nokia’s tagline should have been “DISCONNECTING PEOPLE” and Nokia Care should have been “NOKIA SCARE”.

I have even sent them a Legal Notice, the response is still the same from them.

I totally agree as i too have bad experience with my 6 months faulty phone N96 and nokia care center services.

NOKIA N96 — POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE

I HAVE PURCHASED MY NOKIA N96 ON 26NOV08 FROM HOTSPOT MOBILES AND MORE,NEW DELHI.IT STARTSHOING BLANK DISPLAY AND GIVEN FOR REPAIR ON 17NOV09 TO NOKIA CARE M/S SAFVIZ XPERTS AT SRINAGAR WITH JOB SHEET NO.[protected]/09/1119/3.I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT SPARES FOR REPAIRS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.WHATS THE USE OF SERVICE CENTER, IF IT DOESN"T HAVE REQUISITE SPARES?AND HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT?I EXPECT SENIOR EXECUTIVE TO LOOK IN TO IT.

I bought a nokia 5130 xpress music phone a month ago, and i have visited nokia care more than 5 times... my phone has 3 faults
1.blank screen appears couple of times a day.
2.colour dots in camera.
3.screen saver is not accesable...
i want a new set to be replaced, because my phone was in nokia care for the past 18 days and still the problem is not solved...
I WILL TAKE THIS TO CONSUMER COURT...DEFINATELY
