[Resolved] Nokia — not received a replacement yet (HS-28)
I Have Commited a Serious Crime on 20th July2006 When I Purchased NOKIA N70 MUSIC EDITION. Readers please note nokia is a poor company which cannot supply a single head set(which was faulty ) (HS-28) to it's customer from last 4 months.
I have Been Complaining for last 4 months.The customer care from Banglore only gives nice & sweet answers which makes customers happy for few days
NOKIA Is An Undisputed Leader In Down To Earth Customer-Care Service. It Only Phones The Customer That They Are Looking Over The Matter And Are Supposed To Rectify The Same Within 48 Hours.Any One Who Calls Them, The Same Answer Is Given.
