I Have Commited a Serious Crime on 20th July2006 When I Purchased NOKIA N70 MUSIC EDITION. Readers please note nokia is a poor company which cannot supply a single head set(which was faulty ) (HS-28) to it's customer from last 4 months.
I have Been Complaining for last 4 months.The customer care from Banglore only gives nice & sweet answers which makes customers happy for few days
NOKIA Is An Undisputed Leader In Down To Earth Customer-Care Service. It Only Phones The Customer That They Are Looking Over The Matter And Are Supposed To Rectify The Same Within 48 Hours.Any One Who Calls Them, The Same Answer Is Given.

I bought my nokia N72 at june '07 end.
However the headphones of the same stopped functioning in a month's time.So I immediately visited Nokia care in Mulund(w) Mumbai 400080.
They gave me the replacement after a month , which again went out of order within three weeks .Again I went back to the service station and got the replacement after another month , but they were found faulty .So far I have not received the replacement.
I am totally frustrated with this and waiting for my headphones eagerly.

This is regarding my Nokia 6300, bought on 30th Oct'07. from Vodaphone centre at Chembur for 8725 Rs. 15 days later it started to behave erratically, its handsfree wasnt working which i got replacement, and there was no back up battery, the battery wud finish in one day. I went the Nokia care centre at Chembur. My handset was in good condition when i gave them, i warned them to take care of it as it was a new piece. 1o days later i was called to take the delivery, When i saw my mobile i was shocked coz my piece looked worn out with a lot of scraches behind. I refused to take the delivery and they took it back saying it wud be rectified and to give it back. Today i was called again and still the piece is in bad shape, i request u to please change my handset and give me a new one, such an expensive product i cant take in such a bad shape which i had not even used for a month also. for ur reference its no is [protected] and warranty ref no is APAINY[protected]. I hope u will act on my complaint soon. Thanking you hope to get a favourable response.

I have purchased a N-76 nokia mobile on 7.1.08.From the very beginning I have noticed that there is a manufacturing defect,i.e,every time after I restart my handset I have to again reset the date and time of my handset. I hadgone to the Nokia Care ,37,Shakespeare Sarani,Kolkata-700017,West Bengal and deposited my handset for the said repair. But after delivery I found that the handset was not repaired.I spoke to them,unfortunately except one person none could tell me any remedy.That person told me to come after 15.2.08 as the required software not out of supply.According I went there and again submitted my handset to them on 21.2.08.It was supposed to delivered on 26.2.08.But they failed to deliver on that day and asked me to come on 1.3.08.On 1.3.08 they informed me that my handset was not repaired.Without checking they told me that my auto upgrade was not in my handset and it required to be upgrade.But in my handset auto upgrade function is present.Without checking how can they say this?
Please either repair my handset or replace it.
i have purchase nokia 1650 on 7th of feb 2008 from mobile centre .soon after 5 days it stop working. i have handed it to nokia care but till now i haven't received it . i am vry sorry to say that your service centre has just made me a lot of harashment . and i will be taking severe action if it is not improved.this has caused a lot of damage to me @ my profession.

Nokia N72 — Non-repair of the handset

I submitted my Nokia N72 for repair (No.[protected]) on 3rd March'08 to Guwahati nokia care centre.But everyday I am getting the same message that the handset is under repair and to re-check the status on the next day.How long I have to wait for my handset?Or please replace my set with a new one.

nokia1650 — repairing suggetions of nokia handset.

i had purchased nokia 1650 before 5 months and it is now in warranty period. actually a one problem is coming in this set. its ringtones are not working and when i press the key pad button to select ringtones it get switch off and restart again. so can u send me details about what is that and how can i get rid off from this problem.

Dear sir,
I have given my nokia n72 mobile phone (under warranty) to nokiacare, girish park branch, kolkata for repairing on 29th jan., 09. my job sheet no is:[protected]/090129/8. whenever i call to nokia care asking for my set, i was told that this is under repair in OUR HEAD OFFICE, will take another couple of days...and i will be intimated when it will be ready..., But till today, i have not got my mobile phone.

reset to factory settings. use the code 12345 when asked for. hope this solves the problem for everyone hunting for the solution using google

Nokia care center
I want to say something abut my Nokia 2630 that’s IMIE No is ([protected]) and Charger No.[protected];0675370) I got this Nokia cell out of country (Saudi Arabia) . And that shops kipper gave me warranty card but sir in Indian Nokia care center doesn’t give help. He said to me “we don’t gave any replacement warranty on out of country cell”.
My chargers don’t work properly. I want to replace.
So I want to say you, what is use of Inter national warranty card.
it's mean National warranty card is use less .
