[Resolved] Nokia C3 - 01 — Malfunctioning of Touch Screen | |||
The Product NOKIA C3-01 purchased by me on[protected] with IMEI NO-[protected] after that the warranty of the product was extended for another one year vide Registration no. [protected] on[protected]. The equipment started giving disturbance of the touch screen. The complain for the same was logged in NOKIA Service center at PALTAN BAZAR (Near Fly Over). The equipment repaired twice but same defect happen again.Ultimately the set was replaced. The new set again started giving disturb from[protected]. The touch screen when locked not opens randomly. Today My-self visited NOKIA Service center at PALTAN BAZAR (Near Fly Over) and informed about the defect.The Lady who attended me told me that they are unable to repair the set as touch screen is out of stock.
