[Resolved]  Nokia — Complain on Nokia Care Services in Chennai, India

Dear All,
I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 5 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends & colleagues to go for Nokia.
I had trust on it before but not now… I am sorry to say that…. Because you people made me to do so.
I am really Sorry to say that I lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA..
I never had such a worst experience from the NOKIA CARE..
Let me explain the problem..
" I purchases a New Mobile NOKIA - HANDSET - 2630 - BLACK from one of your vendor "UniverCell Telecommunication India Pvt Ltd. Velachery Branch" on March 07, 2008. I came to see that it gets hanged or struck in between very often while using and the mobile becomes stops functioning, then I have to remove the battery and then reset the mobile and then only I have can use it. I thought it might be loose contact or the battery might not properly pack. I very often found that my mobile hanged. On March 09, 2008 I took to the vendor where I bought, they redirected me to NOKIA CARE at Taramani, Chennai they redirected me to NOKIA CARE at TTK Road Alwarpet, Chennai they and again they redirected to NOKIA CARE at Royapetta, (Near Sathyam Theratre) Chennai. See the way of how each service centre palys with the customer. And finially I went to NOKIA CARE on March 27, 2008. (Service Center Details - ROCKY AGENCIES, New No:32, Old No: 10, Thiru Vi Ka Road, Royapetta, Chennai. ASC : 124_343506, Contact Number:[protected], Email Address: [protected]@nokiacareindia.com and MY Job Sheet Number:[protected]/080329/6 Dt: 29/Mar/2008). At first they checked it and told it was a Software Problem, and they reloaded it and gave. After that when I bought the mobile to my home and tried to charge it, I got an error message "Charger Not Supported" and then on March 29, 2008, I took it back to NOKIA CARE, they once again diagnosed that the issue is with the Board, we have to produce it to Head Office and then get rectified. So they took the Mobile and then asked me to come after 2 days, after 2 days when I went to collect my mobile, they told me that Since it a Board problem it will take another a week, and I asked them please inform the correct date so that I can come at right time. (Because I work for an MNC Company _ Hewlett Packard (HP) as a Operation Research Manager, My Home is at Velachery, Chennai and my work place is at Sriucheri, Chennai which is 50 Kms away from city. I used to go my office early around 8 AM and return Home late nights in the evening, so I had hard time to track the status of my mobile) After a week (Today - March 11, 2008) when I especially took leave and approached them they Said it will take another 10 days and it is a issue with Board, so mobile have to replaced. Then I got annoyed and lost my control and I asked the Customer technician over there... to get me the exact date so I will get back to you so that I don't have to come all the way and hearing some excuses, this make me more tensed. Then I requested the service person that please check with your head office and get me the exact information. After wards they told me that NOKIA had stopped manufacturing this model and we don't have it local stores and also in Nokia priority Dealers, So you have to wait for another 10 days. For further information they just asked me to contact Head Office. See I gave the mobile to the NOKIA CARE Center they gave the mobile for servicing it to Head office, And I don't know who to contact & what to ask them...(Because I got a information from one of my colleague these guys give the customer mobile to some local person for serving and they are paid cheaper and also I heard that these technicians uses the customer mobile for there own use saying that they are testing... I don't know how true so far). Then I thought to contact the SERVICE CENTRE MANAGER, they said he will come late so it not possible for you to meet, then I told that I will wait, then they asked me to wait for 15 minutes and they asked me came with a solution that I will get my mobile will be ready by today evening. And asked to come and collect it.. But when I went to the Service Centre evening, they made me to wait for an hour, then came with a Solution that, we got a New replacement mobile for other customer since you are coming often for your mobile, so If you wish you can avail this, then I enquired about the warranty on it, they said it have the warranty what that mobile has, and you will not be covered under any warranty with this, if you come across any problem in future. Then I got tensed and annoyed and then I request for my mobile, again they tried to postpone the days (you have wait for another 10 days), then I requested to give my mobile back or to know the status of it. They just simply asked to contact the Head Office, and they are not giving the head Office address they ask us to contact through phone[protected] I tired al lot it goes to IVR and get disconnected. And no proper response from the Nokia Care. See the controversy in statement (March 11, 2008).
See I bought a mobile because of the Durability and brand name but... I lost all the Hopes and confidence that they will give my mobile today... Already one month of my warranty gone in service centre and I don't you please give Warranty and Guarantees of your products... I hardly used the mobile for less than 10 days only... but I had terrible and bad experience in customer servicing with the Nokia...Care... Not only me I found most of the people who come for serving face a terrible experience...Like no proper response when we give a call... or they disconnect the call while speaking... They spoil the name of Nokia...
Note: Important: If I don't receive proper response from this Mail I am going to take severs action against the company through legally and also I am going to publish an article on all the local magazines. And I going to forward this mail to all the over web and also through my company intra net to all of my colleagues those who are working in HP (Hewlett Packard) to higher officials in and around world..
And finally I kindly request you people all those who represent NOKIA to give right Information to customer and commit yourself what you say... Or don’t spoil the Brand name"...
See the loyalty to the customer it not me suffered there are many customer like me….

I need a Solution for this….
If any one of the concern person directly from Nokia contacts me will be highly appreciated…..

Nokia — NOKIA PHONE N79 NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Dear Sir,

I purchased Nokia N79 phone from M/s Royal Mobiles, 10/127, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017 on 5th May, 2009 vide their bill No RM/1570/09/10 in the name of my daughter in law Mrs Geetica Khurana for Rs 17,400/-.

While starting this mobile phone I noticed that the names which I saved in the phone did not appear on the screen for outgoing and incoming calls. I immediately contacted M/s Royal Mobiles who advised me to contact Nokia Care Centre i.e., K. N. Services, Corner Market, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017 and accordingly went to them. They took my mobile and kept with them for about eight hours and returned the same to me next day.But there was same problem again and I went to them four times vide their token Nos 50, 64, 84 and 95 but the problem is still there.

I have sent mails to Nokia and they again advise me to go to Nokia Care Centre but I do not want to go there as K. N. Services have created some more problens in the mobile set as mentioned hereunder:

1. Outgoing service of SMS does not work.

2. The Mobile phone has become slow.

3. There are many scraches on the screen and I have spent Rs 350/- for the scrach card.

I am a senior citizen and not able to go to Nokia Care Centre again and again.

As such I am contacting you for this problem.

i have a Nokia 3110C. and for the last 2 years on use, but now it shows some problems narrated as above like, menu hanging problem and got stuck. now fortunately or unfortunately, the alarm song is being continued.

hi everybody, , i have a serious problem..plz give me some good suggestion.
well i have purchased E 71 2 MONTHS AGO .at first i found no problem with my mobile but after few days..the mobile started to get hanged...i contact with my dealer from whom i have purchased the mobile...he said that he replace that old with new one...i think he had made me fool...but i have only option to trust on him because the old one has black crystal cover & new one has silver crystal cover.
i got same problem, , again with new one i have contact that dealer he told that he will send this new one to nokia care 4 its repairing ...today i have got the mobile ..but i feared that if i found same problem with the mobile then what will i do...i want to replace the set... with whom i will contact to get proper help i am from ranchi (jharkhand) .plz help .is there is any nokia help center no...i dont know how this company is at peak...

An important question to ask..if i get same problem again then then can i get some other set instead of E 71 ..becausee i dont want to continue with it..i dont know how this set is awarded as best set of the year...plz help

I had the same problem ie: no name display. i found out that its due to repetition of the same name in both phone and SIM memory.U can delete the one in SIM memory and the problem will be solved.
i have got nokia 1600 set, purchased from reputed dealer in jamshedpur on 18.08.07.for last few days i am receiving warning message as my unique IMEI no. is invalid and same to changed by 15.11.09. i have also got the original cash memo.

I have taken one nokia N 73 on 19.10.08 and till 31.10.09 I compelled to give it to the nokia care for three times for reparing, after taking delivey from nokia care for first time, i found that there is some other new problem and like this way I have diposited it three times at nokia care for reparing and it was within the warrenty period.Now i have reached at the ultimate limit of warrenty period, and now my set is in your custody for reparing.I have diposited it to the nokia care at Barrackpore on 31.10.09. they have told me that, they are sending it to Delhi office and they will delivery it after minimum 20 days.You are hereby requested to take proper care of my set, if again any thing happen after taking delivery, what will i do? i purchase i nokia mobile phone model no. N7500 on 16/01/2009 from M/s. Lokplus Doud Market Lashkar Gwalior. vide their bill No. SC-01/382 dated 16/01/2009. MObile Phone Srl No. [protected]. when i visit to your Gwalior nokia care centre they inform that, the warranty of the hand set is already over. I very surprise to know the after the purchasing of one month the warranty is over i.e. M/s. Lokplus given us outdated warranty set to sell their nokia product. Now i m suffering the same from since jan 2009, and please change my hand set and i have no option othar than go legally to consumer court.

we are requesting you to please look into the matter and inform accordingly.

I am facing a problem with NOKIA 2505 model .I am able to hear the voice of the person who is talking to me .But what ever i talk over phone cannot be heard by that person .Can any one tell me how to fix this .

I bought nokia cell 5800 ( EMI- 35691.[protected]) model 3 months back from NOKIA PRIORITY situated in phase-3b2 S.C.F-27 mohali (PUNJAB). But not even a single wek i have used it and it started giving many problems. I went to nokia care regarding cell problem atleast 4 times within 2-3 months. They took me in confidence and gave assurance but even though, repeatedly visiting to your center for the repair of cell, it is sorry to learn that no result has been come so far. moreover, the attendees at the reception who are laymen are opening up expensive mobile phones without proper knowledge which in turn, induces more defects in the mobile. If the company keep on harassing me like this then i have to take a serious action against it and sue you people to the consumer court forcibly. please settle down my problem and change my handset as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

This is Dhivya working in Chennai, I bought Nokia 3110c in Madurai on Feburary 2009. Since july 2009 every month the software gets corrupted and all the numbers gets lost. I find great difficulty in with the mobile. Kindly replace me with another mobile or give me solution for it.I dont want to face this problem and cant be running to give for servicing. Now i have given my mobile on 07.12.2009 in Nokia Care which is in North Usman Road.

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Nokia mobile model no.6300 10 months ago. My mobile is not received the frequency (tower) correctly. I am using the Cellone SIM card. The frequency is very low in my mobile. If I insert the same SIM in other nokia mobile, it is showing full tower.

Please tell me what is a problem with my mobile. How I have to go about this?

Nokia E 71 — nokia care lucknow

I bought a Nokia E 71 handset on 19 September 2009. The IMEI no is [protected]. The hadset has been travelling to nokia care sincw then for one or the other problem such as for softwares. The phone hangs itself, music player can not be refreshed. Volume keys doesn't work when using music player. When asked the care answers that the handset contain viruses. Although I have scanned my handset with a guinene antivirus such as kaspersky, norton, quickheal and ma'caffe plaese help me where to compalin so that necessary action could be taken to these nokia cares which are spoiling the public trust on nokia. I have found nokia services to be the worst. Of all. I have been to nokia care 5 to 6 times in a month. Stii my problem could not be resolved.

i have purchased nokia 2700 classic on 15 nov 2009 but unfortunatly by my mistake it was damaged but when i gave it to Nokia service center -located ib kathua (jammu) insted of repairing it they take out the IC and other parts and return it to me by saying that it will not b repaired,
but when i gave it to Nokia care in jammu they informed me that some parts are had been taken out by my mobileThats why iam dissatisfaied by Nokia service center lacated in Kathua (jammu)
pls take a necessary action against them!!
