Nokia Care — LOTS OF TIME OF REPAIR OF MOBILE

My Name is Ravi jain.Mera mobile set no 5070 hai.jiska job sheet no 3059 (hand written slip)and imei no [protected] hai . Mere mob set main display kharab ho gaya tha . Is mob set ki complaint 6th nov 2008 ko li gayi thi aur kaha tha local jaipur main mob sahi ho jayega to 1 din aur gurgaon gaya to 7 days lagenge. main nokia center par 10 days baad gaya wahan gaya to vahan bola gaya ki 5 din aur langege . aisa 3-4 bar ho gaya lekin abhi mob thik nahi hua hai.abhi bhi vah bolate hai ki parts available nahi hai. to ab main kya karu pls suggest...

my nokia set model no is 1200 & IMEI No is [protected] and job sheet no.[protected]/090313/22 dt.13.03.2009 it is purchase date 23006.2008 after purchase this phone is creating problem .problem is restart with sound approx 20 times within one full days and this set to send to yor service centre at burdwan under westbengal in several times .after servicing when I go to home then feel same problem and thereafter send to that service centre but till now get no result .I am also five set holder of nokia company with my familly.

I therefore request you to change my set and take action immediate.

First threemonths only in good condition. after that Mobile has not work continousely, It has autometicaly swetched off.

Get into the servicecentre more that 8 times, still it is not working.

please exchange my mobile.

Immeditately action please.

Dear Respected Sir/Madam,

Me Milan Mandal had a problem with my Nokia-7210 set.It's Camera & also airpiece was not responding.So I deposite my set in Instant Solutions centre which is at Shop no-5-8, Devi Palace, 522/3, Opposite Raj Cincema Hall in Gurgaon, Haryana on 15/Sept/2009.Firstly I show my set to regarding officers & after seeing my set he told that either it will be repaired within two hours or It will take some few days and this repairing cost will be free of cost because my set is still in warranty period.But it was shocking for me when Mr.Piyush Singh told after two hours that my set has got some few droplet of water so it is out of warranty period.Now he is charging me service charges of rs.1500.

Now I am very much unsatisfied with nokia care centre.My question is why he did not told me the problem of water going when he was first time looking my set.For first time for me to visit and my believe with Nokia is become at bottom.

I hope some positive reply from you.If not I will think that I am one of the foolish person who beleive if good brand like yours.
