[Resolved]  Nokia Care Center — The same problem after repairing in Nokia

I am annoyed when nokia care Patna return my mob NOKIA-6600 without repairing and told me that,"yahan nahi hoga bahar mistry de dikhwaea (We are unable to do this problem)." Now I am very worry about my mob.

I have submitted a nokia 1112 into teletec service center authorized dealer of nokia in Pakistan they give me the 1 week time after 1 week they told that we don't have repairing parts that's why ur set takes more time now today is the 18th day but still my set is in pending according to to teletec person we have more then 400 sets in pending in same fault it's mean there are many people including me who are suffering if they don't have after repair services so why they are selling these sets before purchasing teletec warranty set's i have used nokia set's in mobile zone & chimera's warranty there services was very quick & they returned me the sets within 3 days but teletec service is to bad & slow they take more then one week in a simple fault kindly take action against this bad service.

I was appalled to see quality of the product and the after sale service provided by nokia company in delhi. I purchased a new N70 on 16th feb 2007 and there was a compliant in my product within 15 days of my purchase. I handed over my set to the service centre, but twice they returned my set without repairing the set. Very bad mobile.

Please notify my problem seriously i m totaly disagree from your nokia care centre. I am a resident of 54/161 , Mansarovar, Japiur, Rajasthan, India. I have been submitted my mobile (model : 6708) for four times and still having the same problem with a new problem. After last repair it is not giving battery back up. So kindly do the needful. If there will no responce i will go to Consumer Court.

I have turned over my handset 6280 two times to HCL nokia care in noida sector-2(UP),First time my hand set was hold for 10 days and now this is second time my handset has been holding for more than 22 days with same problem "Dispaly:Contrast issue".when i check the online status of my handset i would get a new quotation "Your Handset is Under Repair.Please check the Status again at 10/10/2007 at 10:30 Hrs".I am not able to understand what the hell are they doing with my handset.Why dont they give the satisfactory result in first time?Even u they dont mention the right contact no on job sheet.please have a serious look on this matter and please notify my problem seriously i m totaly disagree from your nokia care centre.If there will no responce i will go to Consumer Court.

I have been submitted my mobile (model : N72) for 8 times.they gave me new handset but this set also got new new problems daily. i handed over to nokia care on dated 27-09-07 , and till today 15-10-07 the status of my cell is "HANDSET IS NOT READY.PLEASE TRY LATER".I am not able to understand what the hell are they doing with my handset.Why dont they give the satisfactory result in first time?. please have a serious look on this matter .So kindly do the needful. If there will no responce i will go to Consumer Court.

i have nokia 3110c which have same problem after repairing from nokia care

iam susant from orissa balasore. ihav a problem with my display (N70)when i go to nokia care (kusum communication) balasore they told me there is a plbm in ur display ic. ok ihav repair tat one after repair i found the plbm in my speaker phone so due to unavailibility for a month i visit again and htey repair tat same and i am paying for that twice.but when i done all the same after 2 to 3 hour my display not working.so i want to know how the technicians r from nokia if they dont know how to repair then thy should deny but they r making aharashment to me.now they are telling u hav to pay for disply.i told why should i? then they miiehave me .so what i do now ?mak a consumer court.or they wil tak any action against the care
