Nokia Customer Care — Servicing not done well. Complain comes back everyday | |||
I had bought Nokia c3-01 the touch and type mobile from Dubai. The touch stopped working in a month. So was in India and in India the warranty does not holds good which realised when I went to Nokia Customer care in RT Nagar. And they charged me 1650 rupees for the servicing where they changed the touch screen stating that it was faulty. Accepted. Now within a month again the mobile went the same way. and again took the mobile to the servicing area. But now the mobile they were not ready to repair. They kept the mobile with them for 4 days and returned the same. Still I am facing the same problem. I now do not believe in the servicing from Nokia Customer Care. Everytime I go there they say there is no problem and in their presence itself the mobile won't be working. My num is [protected]. Imei num is [protected]. My cells are nokia X3-02 and nokia X2-00 . There is problems going on in my cell phone . The problem isvrelated to listining incoming voice through Mic .I went to near nokia care center which is at Sanjay place in Agra 4 times, but still my cell phone is not working proprly .
Please get me solution as soon as possible .
