i m a retailer o[censored]r nokia cellular phone in himachal pradesh in distt kullu in manali. And i have lots of comlaints for ur nokia company because ur employ did not give us good service this is not only my comlaint . I wrote this compaints to u from all the retailer in my distt. One thing i tell u here is no custmer care centre over here. Many custmer come to us with their lots of comlaints but we dont have any solution for them. e.g. today one custmer came to me who buy N 95 from me n he had a problem of blinking display light n told them u can concern ur problem to custmer care and to distributer but they stictly told them that they can not help him n they dont have any solution for him. Then now u tell me what can i do in this situation because he disturbed me again n again n said i buy my handsetfrom u n its ur responcibility to replace n saut out my hand sets problem. So please sir take this problem very serious n take a quick action to this problem. And one thing i want to tell u specially that my counter is a best selling counter of nokia handsets for last two years in my distt then in business poin of view u can imagine that what a loss o[censored]r company it is. This i tell u only to satisfy u that my comlaint is true.So please sir take a action as soon as possible.
