i had a nokia 3500c purchased in oct 2008 and aftr say 1.5yrs its battery had started bulging out.initially i didnt know the reason but one of my friends said that the battery might explode and its time to replace it.
just a week back i purchased another bl 4c battery (duplicate) costing Rs.250 with a 6month warranty but the new battery too drains a bit quickly and i need to charge my battery once a day without using my cell for much time...Can i ask for nokia care to give me a replaceable battery coz i think the battery life of a new phone is supposed to be working properly for say 2-3yrs. plz Help me out!

I am Md Onibuddin Khan, an engineering student.I purchased NOKIA 1202 having IMEI no-358010/03/954555/0.
After using 2-3 days I noticed that it used to get hang regularly and battery backup was also less i.e. less than 24 hours.I gave it for repairing in NOKIA SERVICE CENTER(CHIKMAGALUR)in KARNATAKA 3 times.But still the problem persists.I am very much disturbed with handset problem.If this kind of service is provided then definitely I will recommend all my friends and family members not use NOKIA products .Sir, I am very much disturbed.Please resolve my problem.And tell me what step shall I take?

It is a REMINDERInspite of sending the handset(PUCHASED ON 17/7/10 FROM SEEMA from geeta communications) with all acessaries with packing box , the problem of battery back up has not been solved, at maa cammunication, laxmi nagar delhi, india
They do the experiments & call the costumer time & again giving all vague excuses.
I am again sending the handset with all acessaries, please investigate where is the lacuna in your services.

previous no. nos. are with service centre only, as they keep the copy also with themselves.
WHO WILL PAY THE COMPENSATION FOR THE LOSS TO COSTUMER AS EACH VISIT COST.

IF THE THINGS ARE NOT SOLVED I MAY HAV TO GO IN COURT OF LAW.
