Dear Sir,
I am G. Raychaudhury from Kolkata, India. Being a regular user of Nokia products, I have purchased a Nokia 5310 handset on 6th June 2009.
From the third day I was experiencing 'starting problem'. After some days, the handset refused to start but after 3 more days it started nicely. This was repeated twice after a gap of 3/4 days. Then, it permanently refused to start and showed a message - 'contact service'.
I took it to Nokia Care, where they could not repair it and so send it to the service centre at Delhi. The same is lying there till now.

Firstly, I am told by Nokia Care that all my valuable contacts will be lost due to formatting/updating software, for which I have to suffer irreparable loss.
Secondly, I cannot use the phone for two months now, so the purpose of purchase stands defeated.
Thirdly, I came to know subsequently from some other users and local shopkeepers that the 5310 model is much complained against due to the aforesaid problem they are getting.
Lastly, after duly purchasing a new phone nobody would like to use the same if it makes a tour to the service center so early.
I had a telephonic confabulation with Mr. Kumar of Delhi's customer relation department, who did not pay heed to my cause. I am also awaiting reply from the Board of Directors at Finland, whom I have sent a relevant mail.
As such, I would like to request you to kindly provide me a replacement phone or a new phone of some better model for which I am ready to pay the difference amount.
I will be happy if you respond early. Hope to see that NOKIA maintains its worldwide reputation. Thanking you.

Dear sir,
I M.N.Murthy resident of Hyderabad regularly using your Nokia cellphones since 2000. Resently I have purchased one Nokia mobile model 5130 xpress music IMEI: [protected] from hyderabd nokia dealer planet m on 15th of May 2009. After one week it started giving problem continueously till date. The nature of problem is it is S/off automatically and blinking while charging and hanging.we have approched Nokia care centre for nearly 5 times which is situated at ECIL Hyderabad.Intially they have loaded the software for two times locally and later stages they have sent the cellphone to Chennai and Banglore for necessary repair. After receiving the set from chennai the problem which I have mentioned is still persists.Everytime they are taking nearly 12 to 15 days for returning the piece. I am very sorry to say that the service provided by your company is unsatisfactory. So I requesst you to replace my cellphone with new piece at your earliest.

Dear Sir,

I had buyed one nokia 5130-2c phone recently it works well but when connected to pc gives problem.It works in data transfer mode but when connected in pc suite mode it shows phone disconnected via usb also I had downloaded pc suite from internet.Also when connected to via usb it shows message "cannot connec to host".Pls guide me through this problem as I need to use internet through phone as I live in a remote location where no internet is available.

It is submitted that I have a nokia mobile (NOKIA 1650 Serial No: [protected]) under warrantee covered. This mobile was repaired at Nokia Care, Jaipur on dt.[protected] for the prblem "no charging" under waranttee. The same problem "no charging" is rised on dt.[protected]. This mobile is checked by Nokia Care at Chandigarh (Nokia Care, SCO 2901-02, Near Piccadily Chowk, Sector 22-C, Chandigarh) and informed that mobile is tempered insidely and can not be covered under waranttee & return back without repair.

It is requested that kindly examine the matter and necessary direction may be passed to Nokia Care at Chandigarh (Nokia Care, SCO 2901-02, Near Piccadily Chowk, Sector 22-C, Chandigarh) for repair mobile phone under warrantee.

I missed my mobile today morning(18.09.2009) while travelling in train from chengalpet to chromepet. I noticed that i missed my mobile onle after i got down from the train. This in continuation to the mail send to customer care on 21.08.2009 regarding the problem facing with nokia 5800 Xpress Music. The mobile was given earlier two time in last two month for service to TELECONNECT, 47 JANPATH, ASHOK NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR-751009 and also it was submitted 3rd time on 5th August, 2009 the problem display flickers, Automatic switchoff, On. The nokia care Bhubaneswar inturns send second time to Delhi Nokia care for repair as briefed to me by the nokia care officials. The last job sheet no was[protected]/090805/71. The Place of purchased of the set was from Delhi just six month back. Previous job sheet number not remember as I thought the set had been made serviceable and it functional status would be normal so the job seet was taken back by the same Nokia care service centre. The set was handover to me on 28th August and advice me by the Nokia care manager to use with out memory card for one week . In this one week I have observed that after switched off at night the mobile start flush or display automatically and at morning I found entire battery drains out. I am fully disturbed by the present status of the phone and completely lost the faith on NOKIA set. After spending so much of money why customer should sufer, would you please explain me?. Now I have no faith with Nokia care centre .Again I submitted the mobile set fourth time with the request of contact centre Nokia India as per e-mail to the Nokia care centre bhubaneswar on 5th september . The mobile again comming with repair only. Inspite of my request they did not replaced my set. Since last four month the mobile set is with nokia care in different time for repair. hence I sincerely request you to replace the set when it is not reparable and under warrenty so that I can come out from this continuous truma. Now I feel I am simply harrassed by Nokia care. Neither they are replacing set nor they are informing me that the set can not be repair .

5310 xpressMusic — hang, low battery backup, poor service of Nokia care center

I had purchased a mobile model 5310 IMEI NO. [protected] VIDE INVOICE NO. 992 from Mobile Pont Vasundhara,Gahziabad on dated 26/02/2009 . After purchasing the set i am facing problem of low battery backup suddenly in September my set became hang and key pad was not worked. I go to your service center at Vaishali Ghaziabad to remove the problem i faced. the incharge say that they found liquid in set and charged Rs. 950/ vide order No. 219 dated 18/09/2009. i again visit for same problem on dated 23/09/2009 but problem was not shorted out by your service center.
Hence i understand that either set is not properly made or service center not fulfill his duty.

Request you to change my set or remove the problem at the earliest. Because i am a very old customer of Nokia and belive in Nokia Brand.

I have purchased NOKIA 3120 model in month of June 2009, from the date of purchase, sample was having problem of mike that opposite party was not clear to my voice ( unable to hear me), but with 6 month it became jaint issue for me to convey my message to other party.I have registered my complaint in Nokia care centre at Jalgaon (Maharashtra, India), but i got negative response from them so please get the sample for analysis of problem took place in my handset.I am Waiting for your response.

Nokia 5800 — malfunctioning of set

is it r mistake if we buy your product? nokia 5800 is giving me troubles.it is not working properly. its touchscreen feature is malfunctioning.i press a button..nd rather then that some other button is pressed. i have complained for it earlier but their staff is making me annoyed by wastin my time by calling me again and again. replace my phone or i have to take legal action

I had purchased a Nokia 6275 CDMA in May 08'. Recently while talking, the phone displayed low battery & shut down. While I put in on charge, and tried to start the phone, it simply did not respond and displayed error message " Contact Service". I checked the battery on a different phone, it was working fine. So I decided to take it to Nokia Care in Pune in Sankarshet Road. Having taken the token & waiting for 2 hours, finally they attended me. They checked the phone, and said that they cannot take the phone as the problem can only be fixed at a different Nokia Care Centre which is located at Shivajinagar, so I took it to Shivajinagar. After spending 2 hours again at Shivajinagar, I was informed that they cannot fix the problem & simply refused to help me or guide me.

I have been using nokia phones for last 11 years, and I get a very sad feeling having experienced this:

- Nokia Care simply does not Care
- Nokia Care technical support does not have the expertise
- Nokia Care is very insensitive to customer
- Think Twice before buying a Nokia product

As a customer I demand a solution.
