Dear Sir,
I am G. Raychaudhury from Kolkata, India. Being a regular user of Nokia products, I have purchased a Nokia 5310 handset on 6th June 2009.
From the third day I was experiencing 'starting problem'. After some days, the handset refused to start but after 3 more days it started nicely. This was repeated twice after a gap of 3/4 days. Then, it permanently refused to start and showed a message - 'contact service'.
I took it to Nokia Care, where they could not repair it and so send it to the service centre at Delhi. The same is lying there till now.

Firstly, I am told by Nokia Care that all my valuable contacts will be lost due to formatting/updating software, for which I have to suffer irreparable loss.
Secondly, I cannot use the phone for two months now, so the purpose of purchase stands defeated.
Thirdly, I came to know subsequently from some other users and local shopkeepers that the 5310 model is much complained against due to the aforesaid problem they are getting.
Lastly, after duly purchasing a new phone nobody would like to use the same if it makes a tour to the service center so early.
I had a telephonic confabulation with Mr. Kumar of Delhi's customer relation department, who did not pay heed to my cause. I am also awaiting reply from the Board of Directors at Finland, whom I have sent a relevant mail.
As such, I would like to request you to kindly provide me a replacement phone or a new phone of some better model for which I am ready to pay the difference amount.
I will be happy if you respond early. Hope to see that NOKIA maintains its worldwide reputation. Thanking you.

I have purchased NOKIA - 5310 on dated 26-11-09 from SURENDRANAGAR (JAGDAMBA MOBILE MAIN NOKIA DEALER)..On same day I found problem in camera..in images there are so many pixels(Dots) are high light in image..Within a 24 hours i returned it, then also they are considering as replecement and not giving me new mobile on same day..

nokia 5310 handset — non repair/repair and loss of original set by customer care centre

COMPLAINT
I purchased nokia 5310 on 14.5.2009 . It developed technical snags. I handed over the set to nokia care centre in sector 7 Panchkula(Haryana) on 10.11.2009.
-I visited the centre 4 times, but every time I was shown a different old set of a different colour( Mine is black one). Finally I was asked to come on 4.12.2009, but same story was there. Person concerned( Mr. Vikas) offered me a grey coloured old set saying that the company has replaced it. I refused to accept the set, since the company never replaces the set with old and open set. I also talked to the managing partner , Mr. Hitender Molekhee and requested him to either arrange to give me back my mobile set duly repaired, or to get the same replaced, if the same was not repairable, since the same was within warranty.
-It is very sad that Nokia care centres are giving a very bad name to the reputation of NOKIA and after sales service is becoming a big ZERO
Should I expect that the company will take some early action, in the name of its own reputation

He has returned my mobile on 06/11/2009 by saying it cannot be repaired.

If you want to repair it we have to send it to company HO – Noida.
I saying OK. but He has returned my mobile on 11/12/2009 by saying it cannot be repaired in H-O Noida .

This total experience is forcing me to think like why I have given my mobile to Nokia Care, instead of it I could have given it to local service center?

So pls let me know will Nokia Company look into the matter & take action against the dealer & solve my problem?

So pls revert back what will be your +ve action in this matter?

I met the near customer care, he said that the board was dead so it won't work.

5310 xpressMusic — change and not return the parts

i have purchase a nokia handset on 22nd october.on 14 jan there is a problem in its outgoing audio,and regarding that i have approached in 'Nokia care center' in Bhiwani,Hansi gate in haryana and they said plz collect nxt day i.e. on 15 jan.i have collected my handset in that the switch off-on was exchanged with another same model said than i ask for that than they replaced it and said it has some major problem so we have to send it in our main branch so u have to deposit it .but i have collected it frm them to store my data in another handset but when i switched it on the memory card of my cell is missing and i continously teying their contact no-[protected] but it was nt picked up then i sent smeone their to pickup then they said we have nt received any memory card and i requested that i can show u the pics of that then the executive said"mein shadi shuda huin toh mein teri photo ka lya karunga,itni badi chiz tu hain nahi hai aur kharid lo,i said kharid toh legenge but woh bhi mera hi tha"and he didn't bother even my complaint and said "hum kuch nahi kar sakte hai"
so i have requested u to plz check it out because they are expoliting the customers because this is the only one nokia care dealer.plz do the needful asap
The colour of the 4-way navigation button in Nokia 5130 is fading away. Kindly let me know if there is any replacement panel available? Thanks.

Dear sir,
I Mr.Hemant Bhatt resident of Mumbai regularly using your Nokia cellphones since 2007. Recently I have purchased Nokia Model 5130c-2W Silver xpress music IMEI: [protected] from Relation Electronics, Ghatkopar(W), Mumbai-86 on[protected]. After one week it started giving problem till date. The nature of problem is Mobile is very slow compareable to same model, hangingnd the most Camera after clicking Photo it takes 20 to 30 to save that pics very very slow I have approched Nokia care centre for nearly 3 times which is situated In Mumbai Aditya Telecom Ghatkopar (W) 86.Intially they have loaded the software for two times locally and later they says its not repairable you have to be with it . After receiving the set from Nokia Care the problem which I have mentioned is still persists.I am very sorry to say that the service provided by your company is unsatisfactory. So I requesst you to replace my cellphone with new piece at your earliest.

5310c-Music express — auto off and hanging

iam Mr.M.dillibabu had purchased the nokia music express 5310 c in the mobile store perambur show room on 28/09/09 with pleasure,but unfortunately the day when i bought for three weeks only it worked properly,after the third week it satrted showing me trouble.so i given the mobile to service center at nokia care-perambur chennai.they have rebooted the software and gave me back,after one one month the mobile started giving me trouble like when iam messaging automatically it will get switched off,and if i receive call and i attend it means it will automatically get switched off.so i taken the mobile and gave back to the service center my job sheet num is 6831,they checked and said that it will not be checked here.so they are in need to send to head office,i agreed and gave the mobile to service center and after 15 days i got my mobile back.
After i got the mobile after 18 days it again started with the same trouble and this time it was completely dead.so i went to nokia costumer care and gave my mobile for service.this time the service fellow in perambur he opened the mobile and said that u have given ur mobile outside service and the board has been tampered.so u cannot claim the service in warranty period i have to pay and get the service.this highly irresponsible answer coming from the service fellow.
i courtsely asked him about the status and requested him to give the job sheet photocopy,the service fellows sitting in the center doesnot know how to talk with the costumer,he didnot respond me properly.then later i ringed to the costumer care and requested to give the job sheet photocopy.for the kind attention nokia costumer care is there to care for the costumer not for the abusement of the costumer.kindly take action against the fellows in perambur -costumer care mentioning them to talk courtsely with the costumer.more over within 4 months of period the entire handset has been loses its total working style,my mobile IM num([protected]),how as a costumer i should react for it.nokia should not leave costumer,we are paying and getting the mobile.so kindly send me the solution for this problem.
i request you to do the service in warranty period r replace me with the new mobile.u kindly send me the position status regarding this.so that i can able to tell my satus to the consumer rights.please looking forward for ur action."Nokia should not loses its valuabilty for simple reasons.

I have purchased Nokia handset 5310 music express but Iam not satisfied with the performence .

Nokia Mobile(model 5800 xpress music) — Mobile malfunctioning

I have purchased the handset Nokia 5600 Xpress music (IMEI NO [protected]) on 29th nov 2009.

From the date of purchase the memory card refuses to store messages at random, battery life is not up to mark. The volume of speaker phone also deminished .

Phone is unable to get network signals again after passing by some weak nework area, so have to select operator manually .

After contacting the Nokia customer care at Guwahati, Ajmer and chennai the service person has just upgraded the software every time which doesnt solves the problem but my handset started hanging randomly showing there careless behavioura and how they are serving customer. Further they doesnt give us any hard copy of Jobsheet for further query.

After spending a lot(INR 13626) no one like to go cust care office again and again still with no results in hand. consider the complain on urgent basis.

nokia 5130c mobile xpress music — sound system & keypad disabled within 3 months

I have bought nokia 5130c.2 (IMEI no. [protected],battery[protected]Q47404GM60900 from Monica Mobile shop,59,Diamond Harbour Road,Thakurpukur,kolkata-700063(mobile no.[protected]/[protected]) on 26/01/2010.From 15/04/2010 the ring tone including music system & incoming calls is graudually decreasing. As my warranty period is not over, I have taken the phone along with all documents to NOKIA Customer care,Satya Telecare,229.C.R Avenue,Kolkata-700006. But they didnot assist in any ways and refused to do anything blaming my fault and charged Rs.600.00 for assistance.
As Nokia is a branded name and we deserve better service from them.
hope,you will do the needful so that we trust Nokia.

i am too suffering from a lot of problems in nokia 5130.i have purchased it 2 months ago.after purchasing it has gone 3 times to nokia service centre due to the disabled of keypad.i think the reputation of nokia has ended up.
unwillingly i have to say BEAWARE OF NOKIA PRODUCTS.

nokia 5130 — not satisfied by company service

my mobile phone get off any time and being restarted it takes a few minutes to restart.I hav repaired my mobile phone many times by customer care but still it is not working properly and infact this problem in my mobile phone is from the starting as i had bought.I request you to take a proper action.
