[Resolved]  Nokia Customer Care Of India — No Proper service provided by the customer care even when the cell phone is in warranty period.

Hi,

Recently in March'2009 I had bought a Nokia 5310 from The Mobile Store in Ahmedabad. From the next day itself, it started giving problems. This handset started giving problems from May'2009 itself, and from then till now there has been no help provided by Nokia Customer Care or The Mobile Store. I had kept the handset as it is, and still the screen is damaged inside.When I gave a complaint for the same at the mobile store, they did not agree to it and say it had been damanged knowingly. Why would someone do it? Its still in the warranty period. I asked them to replace the set, but that was not accepted. I got the screen changed on my own expense of 850 Rs. at the nokia customer care, still again without any issues the next day again the screen was damaged. I request you for a change of handset. Since, this is changing my belief in Nokia. If this is how it is, I don't think I would be willing to buy any Nokia handset any further. No one from the Nokia Service Centre or The Mobile store is ready to help for the same, even when the phone is in waranty period. Every time the screen gets damaged, even without using it. Kindly get this handset changed. I have lost faith from Nokia. I am going to consider putting a case against the same in case no action is taken sometime soon.

Nokia 3250 — Forced to move to consumer court

Hello,
I bought Nokia 3250 on 18/12/2006. On 08/11/07, display of my phone went blank. I got my cell repaired by Nokia Care on 27/11/07. But same time, the same problem came and I gave back my phone to Nikia care. theyt returned my phone in december 07. But just after the day when my warranty lapsed(05/01/08), the same problem aroused and Nokia care refused to correct the problem. then I got my phone repaired out of warranty at Nokia Care for which I was charged Rs.1650 with warranty of 30 days. But again within 15 days, the same problem came. I gave my phone to Nokia Care again on 20/02/08. But after around 40 days, today Nokia Care provided me with a replacement. I was given an old Nokia 3250 which was in a very bad condition. So i refused to take it. And Nokia Care told me that they could do noting, as this replacement is from Nokia Care Headoffice.

This is very bad on part of Nokia. After 5 months of continous problem, Nokia is unable to resolve the same. For this, I should be provided with a new mobile phone.

Kidly reply to me this problem at the earliest or else I would be forced to move to Consumer Court.

NOKIA 5310 — not giving proper service by dealer

I bought a new nokia 5310 express music mobile at 8 May 2008. I got some problems with that phone so i consult to dealer from where i bought that phone. But he not given good treatment . My problem is that my phones vidio quality is very bad though it is 2 megapixel camera. Its quality looks like a mobile with less than 1 megapixel camera. When i told this problem to dealer he reacted like he have nothing to do with this, his job is to only sell phones and when once they got sold there will be no relation between him and the customer. the dealer belongs to Parbhani district Maharashtra state..

nokia1661-2 — mobile hangs.

i purchase new nokia 1661-2 mob.on 18/10/09 from HOTSPOT MOBILES at mulund(w) . from 21/10 it starts getting hang, switched off automaticaly, massage inbox not opening etc. after i went to nokia care at borivali, and repaired it on 30/10/09. but again the problem persist.
i want the peice be replaced.

I have been going to repair my mobile N72 continously for 7 to 8 times in noka care center in kolkata gariahat nokia care center near fire brigade but they are unable to repair it also they are not denying they are not unable to repair it, if I call it goes to other menu and the call disconnects while receiving or making calls, they take 15 minutes, return back, it is ok for 20 minutes and then the problem recurs, I have paid whooping 2500 once for repair, but they are insufficient to repair as the workers are very inefficient there and also not telling that they are unable to repair, please do needful

I, Mr. Yougesh Agarwal on behalf of my firm M/S Shakti Electric Co. Had purchased a mobile E51 model (EMEI-[protected]) from BALAJI Mobiles, Shri Ram Tower, HazratGanj, Lucknow on January 17, 2009. The mobile set was not working properly since then even for the 2 months. I faced problem many times and submitted the hand set to service centre many times. Most of time, the hand set was in the service centre or with me to submit it in the service centre. Overall it had not worked even three month. Now service centre has replaced it and give us a set of E63 (EMEI-[protected]) on November 27, 2009. This time they give me the set which had not work even two days properly, and I repaired it on December 1. Which job sheet no is[protected]/091201/79. Now again it had not properly worked and I am bound to submit it to the service centre with job sheet no is[protected]/091204/46. I visited service centre regarding these aspects nearly 20 times. Each times it takes a nearly one and half hour to two hour process. And each time my work suffers by giving time to service centre, and many problem facing due to not one set in hand.

This is the matter of great regret that still now our company is at loss, So now we can’t take the matter any longer as our as company cannot hold the matter anymore thus to resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged for my mobile E51, by which I will buy a new mobile at least which can solve my some purpose.

sir i am from chennai i don't think you should give service center to person who can't handle or give proper response.who cut the phone on our face, talking rudely to customer i don't think this is the nokia which people used to trust once upon a time.

Regreatfully I have to say that I have purchase a mobile model no 2700 classic from Mohali phase-3b2 on[protected].My mobile battery charging time is minimum 3 hours and battery back-up time is 36 hours. I gave my mobile with following details for repair on 15/01/2010 which holds warranty period.at Sudha Mobiles, 21/441, veeraswamy mandi street, 7 Road circle, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh and they gave a receipt with No. 2162. I am residing at a place far away of 50Km from the above care centre.I went to collect my mobile 5 times but in vain. Even I contacted them through phone nearly 10 times. Every time they gave me the reply "Sir, tomorrow certainly you can come and collect". But the each time I went, they simplly postponing the delivery with very silly reasons. I am extremely vexed with this care centre and complaining to you. Their response is also very irresposible and careless. Even they didn't inform about the status not even once in the last two months. For this I spent nearly Rs.400/- with out any positive result. I request to interfere in this for necessary action as soon as possible as it is causing very inconvience.

I purchased a Nokia2330 from the Univercell outlet from Alwarpet, Chennau on 11/08/09 vide bill no UTN 1402353.. Much to my surprise the mobile phone worked properly for less than a month. The mobile phone gets switched off automatically. And even when it works suddenly the screen will become blank and the phone numbers stored will be erased. And proud to say that my mobile travelled from Chennai to Noida to set it r epaired . But all in vain.My mobile set is still under warranty period. And I expect a positive response from MNC like Noika which will go to any extent yo satisfy its customers.
